When you need SERVPRO, its usually not good and usually very stressful. These gentlemen took a lot of that stress away and made me more calm About the situation. Not only did they clean up the water, but they poked holes at the bottom of my cabinets to get air flow to dry them out, pulled back carpet, and pulled up the flooring in my kitchen and living room (AND disposed of it) . All of this with a smile and polite conversion.Water damage is obviously an insurance claim, but these guys came in and did what needed to be done. They showed up about every other day after that to check on the moisture progress until they were ready to pack up the last of their fans and leave.I would absolutely use them again.

I called Servepro and I specifically told them I was concerned about a chemical/off gas/voc type smell and I wanted to make sure my childrens bedroom was safe. I said I was concerned about formaldehyde and VOCs. After I told them about my concern, they asked if I wanted them to do an air quality test and I said yes. They came out to do the test and I paid them $400. Imagine my surprise when I recieved MOLD test results! During the initial phone call, the person I spoke with did mention mold testing and air duct cleaning. I declined mold testing (and said I was not concerned about mold in that part of the house at all and explained why) and said that we may do the air duct cleaning at a later date. When I contacted Servepro to ask for resolution on this mix up, I was called back once by a condescending lady named Tina who demeaned me and directed me to the company who does the type of testing I want done (they should have given me this information when I called the first time and told me that they didnt offer the services I needed). I tried to call her back and left messages for her twice over the course of two weeks, but no one will return my phone calls or emails. She offered to let me hear the original phone conversation and I did want to listen to it and left her that message, but she has not returned my calls. I am POSITIVE that I was clear about the air quality concern I had and that I definitely declined mold testing and air duct cleaning on my initial call to Servepro. They misled me about the service that was performed and paid for. Now they refuse to communicate. I have filed a complaint with the BBB and I am waiting to hear about resolution of this situation.

Servpro came out and cleaned my carpets and all my upholstery. It was quick and they did a great job! My house smelled so good afterward too!

Awesome service and great to deal with.

I used Servpro of Biloxi for restoration after a house fire August 2017. Dont use them. They took over 8 months to complete the job, the contractor they hired did terrible and unprofessional work. The forced me to pay for items that were not actually used in my rebuild and they refused to pay for things stolen and damaged from my property through their inadequate storage during the rebuild. Even after items were stolen they continued to leave fixtures that were to be re-used completely unsecured in a carport open to the street. Dont use them, you will be sorry if you do!!!
