Penske experience was good all around. One way to Billings, lovely people at this rental location. Glad to have had the chance to meet the owners and they went out of their way to look after me.

Penske. I thought it would be good, but it was far from it. We rented a semi so we could haul furniture across state (last time uhaul gave us a truck we made it cross country no problem and wanted a cheaper method) needless to say our truck broke down ( it has 160k miles) not only that the customer service was complete trash and didnt help at all. They wouldnt even tow us. Always use U-Haul. And screen Penske.

I had a truck dropoff when we moved to Billings last week. Everything was good, Kevin was friendly, helpful and accommodating as was the rest of the staff.
