I work here so am bias. The people really care about children.

The line of communication a parent has with this department is zero. There is a slim chance the social worker will be there, when you call. And in an even more unfortunate event, in my case, the social worker that was working your case quit, and you were never notified and made consecutive calls to the department that couldnt answer any of your questions. Unacceptable behavior that should throw red flags to supervisors.

This is just a horrid joke. No one cares. No one there should be paid let alone allowed power.

Just an absolute joke! Literally, our family has been ran in circles trying to meet any and every request and expectation of CPS. Getting a return phone call back is SLIM to none. Debran Anderson without a doubt has got to be one of the worst people to work with. This organizations purpose is to protect kids and help families....they have done nothing but create havoc for our kids and family. There is no point in working with them because they will turn around and slap you with Child neglect after a so called investigation which consists of 2 short interviews with the children. Save yourself the trouble and get a lawyer, we thought it would be best to work hand in hand with them but they proved us wrong. I see another class action lawsuit coming your way Billings CPS.

Horrible service, never receive phone calls back. The safety of my child has been at risk and it’s all just swept under the carpet. They have been zero help

Can you please tell me if parents are animal abusers could they also be child abusers? Is this common? There are a lot of ppl in Stillwater County that abuse their animals and have small children.

They are suppose help out with a bus pass and I didnt or wont help me out. I need a bus pass because I cant afford one.
