House almost fell through due to the negligence of the HOA who refused to do what they were legally responsible for so she got a lawyer to “remind” the HOA and what do you know they remembered they were supposed to do those things. I’ve worked with Amber to buy 2 homes and sell 2 homes. One of them was an incredibly complicated property - 243 acres with a house and multiple water rights and tax ID’s.
