Kerry was a great realtor. We used her to purchase a home. Her knowledge of the area was excellent and her knowledge of homes and potential problems proved very valuable. We liked her so much we used her to sell our home too, and she was excellent. She gave us realistic appraisals, and knew of good contracts to fix small odds and ends for a good deal. She marketed our home aggressively, which lead to a speedy sale even during record breaking snow fall.
