I have been an amputee for almost 50 years. I have been to many prosthetists over those years... By far Jim at Rimrock prosthetics has been the best of all by far.He cares about his patients and the people that come to him. As an example I watched a young man missing both of his legs become a fantastic wrestler (extremely difficult sport). He run in track and many other sports. Jim Middleton is THE BEST Prosthetic Ive ever met, hes very compassionate and knows his work! My husband had to have his leg amputated in 2013, and we were very uncertain of how the process of getting a prothetic would be like. Rimrock prosthetice built me a leg that is the lightest legs I ever had, and Ive been an amputee for 55 years. Jim is an amazing and caring individual at making prosthetics. He took the time to listen to our needs and concern, so that he could make my daughter the perfect prostetic. Before Jim, my daughter was miserable, she could barely run or walk and her limb was always sore. This was a huge issue for us since were avid outdoors people. I saw that rimrock prosthetic designed legs with blades. I contacted him on the phone and went in for a consultation and he said he could make my daughter a leg that would be comfortable and and increase her mobility. He did just that, she runs faster, hikes further, and has no pain. thanks to Jim my daughter is unstoppable. I would recommend Jim to anyone, he makes the best prostectic. I would never go anywhere else, he has improved my daughters life. Jim and my daughter have become good friends. She looks up to him and loves the legs he makes for her.

I when with out an arm for 15 years because the ones that I did have never fit and the prothotist greeted my like a number but since I met him at rimrock he has built the best arm that I have ever had. If it doesnt wit or needs ajustment he always make it better. And now I consider him a good friend.

Jim thinks he is Gods gift to prosthetics, he isnt. I have been an amputee 12 years and Jim was by far the worst prosthetic experience I have had. He is arrogant. He was tasked with building a new prosthetic for me and finally got around to getting started after screwing up the prosthetic I had. I spent almost 3 months in agony due to him raising the height on my prosthetic that was perfect height wise almost 2 inches, throwing my hips out of alignment. When he finally got around to doing what I was there for I have never experienced what Jim put me through. My socket was cone shaped unlike my bell shaped residual limb. Basic communication regarding the misfitting prosthetic eluded Jim. He is a talker but when it comes to doing he was more interested in touting his superior skills and who he knows, than he was in building a socket that fit me.

Jim should be everyones 1st stop. Passionate about helping people young or old, he knows how to build comfort into the prosthetic but also understanding into his patients, he is not all about the coin, he truly cares and is not satisfied until you are.
