The starter on my Jeep Wrangler went out while we were at Yellowstone. Having no tools, I was unable to replace the starter with a new one. Because we were leaving the next morning, while on the highway, and towing the jeep behind the RV, I contacted Lithia Chrysler Jeep from the highway for help to get my Jeep repaired.. Daryl answered the phone, listened to my story and responded by saying to bring it in and he would do his best. I arrived at the dealership and and met Chris; he said Daryl had stepped out but would be back shortly. I told Chris about my conversation with Daryl. Chris asked me a few questions and put all my information in the system and said he update Daryl. My wife and I left for the RV park. I received a text from Daryl that he would let me know when my vehicle was ready. Later, Daryl called and said my Jeep was done and ready for pickup. All of this happened in a relatively short time period and I cant say enough about the professionals at Lithia Chrysler Jeep Dodge. Thank you for everything -- Mike and Cheryl Travelers from AZ!

I purchased a truck from Lithia in Helena Feb 2021 for $70k and have had quite a few problems with the vehicle since. It was sold to me with a blown head gasket, and a coolant leak straight off of the pump. I moved to Billings, MT. shortly after and have been trying to fix these problems and as soon as one is solved, another makes it debut. Being that Lithia Dodge here in Billings is 173 miles closer I decided to try and go to this particular location to try and get some guidance or direction to resolve any of these issues given that they are franchise/sister to Helena Lithia. I walked very calmly, collectively and politely began to explain my problem with Collin Castro (a joke of a service advisor) and his responses were condescending, belittling, rude, and excessively immature. Although I was very frustrated and completely disrespected I kept my self composed and tried to explain the issue in a different manner and was literally given the silent treatment and ignored. This particular location is a joke, unprofessional, and eager to disrespect their customers. I do not recommend any one to engage in any aspect of business at this circus. Not happy, and still not able to drive my vehicle. $10k extra for an extended warranty and this is how I was treated????? Not okay. Collin Castro you have no business pretending to be an adult and are ruining your place of employments integrity.

Chris Wheeler, Dean Sayler and the Lithia Dodge Jeep Service Department did a Fantastic job this week on my behalf to repair my 2013 Jeep Wrangler! All of my initial contact with them was by phone, beginning on Monday late afternoon when the starter failed. I had to have the vehicle towed to the dealership on Tuesday afternoon. With the knowledge that I was in a rental vehicle in the interim, Chris expedited the diagnosis and repair process as much as practical and had the Jeep ready for pickup by Friday evening even though due to work, I was not able to pick it up until Saturday! This was Five Star Service and all of my contact with Chris and Dean was courteous, professional and customer focused! Great Job and Thank You Chris, Dean and the Lithia Dodge Jeep Service Team!

Beware of this dealership. I would give a negative star if possible. Was traveling and ended up with a short in the wiring of my fan clutch. Talked to the dealer and told the service manager what was going on. He got the pickup in. Called me a few hours later and stated it was good. Went to pick it up. They replaced the fan clutch. Started the pickup check engine light came on again with same codes. They didnt even replace the fuse it kept blowing and had to ask what fuse it was. These people are not in anyway mechanics.

I had my 2020 4500 Ram serviced here. I called on a Friday to set up an appointment for noon on Saturday. When I arrived at 11:15 the service department brought me over to the person that I need to be speaking with. Long story short my truck was brought in right about noon. They went over everything I had asked them to and then went over and beyond and basically did a walk through of the entire vehicle. Needless to say Im a happy customer. Great service job well done

We were making our way across the country - back from Yellowstone to North Carolina, towing a 40 foot trailer - when our truck decided it did not want to go further than Billings. Chris in Service was so great to work with. I brought my car in to have the battery tested and possibly replaced. He called to let me know the battery did need to be replaced, and he had it done in under 2 hours from the time I dropped it off. He was very nice as well!

We traded in our truck and left with a sweet jeep! Andrew was fantastic to work with for the trade and purchase. The gal who did our paperwork was super awesome as well. We made the drive to Billings because they had what we were looking for in stock. We will make the drive next time because the service we received is well worth coming over from Bozeman. This is a good place to get service done. Like any other dealership shop, it is very expensive for minor work, but they treat you well and work with you. One of the biggest issues I have is the length of wait time when getting service done. I have rarely been in there less than two hours for a simple oil change. Christopher is a great service person. He always returns messages and is one of the most honest people I’ve ever dealt with when it comes to my car. If I deal with him, I get everything explained, however, when I deal with others in the service department, they tell me everything is fine but I have items marked as red on my paper stating it needs attention quickly. Overall, I would recommend this place as I am satisfied with the majority of the service I receive. Just make sure to lol over your paper and ask questions before leaving.

While the sales side seems OK the service department needs some work. My wife took her car in for two recalls, it was left overnight and when picked up the next morning items were missing. She returned when she realized that some CDs (not that CDs are important, except some were personal recordings of her performances in NY, Macy’s day parade, gifts from friends and family) were gone, a flask from a concert was destroyed and a few other items were missing. Maybe they got set out when work was being done, maybe Lithia didn’t lock her car overnight (most likely this) but the rude way she was treated for being emotional about the loss was unfair, unwarranted, and makes me feel angry and sad for her and any other women they treat like this. We are giving the car to my son shortly as a first vehicle and wanted to make sure everything was up to date, but I don’t want him to be treated like that either. We will not be returning to their company for any reason.

I’m sure it’s not telling anybody somethings you don’t already know when I say that shopping for a car right now is a nightmare. The Lithia Dodge people make it a dream. After trying several other dealers to get a power wagon and getting absolutely nowhere, I got immediate return of calls, courteous service, knowledgeable sales people and a low-pressure approach with an excellent price and great service. The staff was very nice and friendly however there is nothing express about getting there right after opening 7am and waiting 2 hours to get an oil change and a light bulb replaced. After waiting what felt like forever I paid and I was wondering why it wasn’t a little more since I needed a light replaced and I thought the service department was also supposed to check into that stuff regardless. Anyway I get back into the car, my light was still on saying I needed my parking lights replaced and I was annoyed 😑. I didn’t go back in and say anything because I don’t have time in my day for another 2 hour wait. Not impressed at all and I will definitely consider other options from now on for an oil change, first experience here and was not impressed.

Purchased a vehicle here from out of state. The process was easy. Questions and phone calls were responded promptly. Title work took a little bit because there are rules behind the scenes when purchasing out of state, but my states DMV said Lithia actually was one of the quicker dealerships to get it done. The vehicle arrived and is exactly as described (actually has some extra features!). The vehicle was detailed, clean, and didnt smell like smoke or anything. My loan company and Lithia worked well with eachother, overnighting paperwork, etc. To deliver the vehicle to my location, I booked with Road Runner. Lithia worked very well with my chosen delivery service. The truck driver said he would be at Lithia dealership to pick up the vehicle after hours, Lithia went with the flow and made accommodations to fit the truck drivers needs. Even after the sale was done and I received the vehicle, I had questions, and they responded promptly. All in all, Lithia was professional and reliable. And I love my new ride!!!
