Clean facility. Polite and experienced staff. Minor issue: they need to wipe any excess fluids off your engine before closing the hood. Sometimes you get home and notice fluid drops on your driveway. You think theres a leak, and panic, but its just excess fluid they didnt wipe up.

These guys are super concerned about wiper blades. I feel like they know something I dont. After leaving I immediately called my money guy to buy shares in wiper blades. Also, they did a great, quick job on my car but thats beside the point.

Quick and efficient... they do a really good job for the price. Only reason this is not a five star is because they did have me start my car with no oil in it. I noticed it had no oil pressure and shut it off. It only happened once and I’ve been going there for years. Overall not a bad place.

Grand Ave is usually my go to location. Matt and his crew are always so helpful. Recently Matt helped change out a burned out bulb that needed replacing since I didn’t know how to. (My daughter couldn’t take her driving test without all the lights working.)Always great customer service. If something needs to be done and it’s not something that they can do, they will recommend where to take it to. Matt has even spoke with my mechanic about concerns that I’ve had and been able to describe the problem(s).I will continue to have my vehicle serviced at MasterLube. I’ve been a customer since 1999, and a former employee. It’s a great place to work at.

Amazing crew. Been to the MasterLube on King and the one on Grand. Friendly service at both. Great people at both places. Staff was friendly and the service was great!

The staff was friendly and they worked quickly. However, when they gave me the checklist on what had been done, nothing but the oil was changed but things were marked completed or changed. My oil filter was not changed but the paper said it was. Windshield wiper fluid was not filled but again it said it was. The car wasn’t vacuumed nor was my air filter checked. A business like this should be honest. I will never go back to this location!

Great fast service

I get an oil change every 3 months there for the past 5 years. I will not come back after the past few experiences. Noticed spotting a couple weeks after getting an oil change. The oil was almost empty and the spotting was dripping from the oil filter. I had to take my car back in to get the oil filter tightened. Could have destroyed my engine because of a simple oil change at this place. Not long before that I had my transmission serviced during an oil change. Three months later I went in for an oil change and they told my transmission fluid was almost empty. Again, a failure to properly service my car almost ended in a having to buy a new transmission. In the past year, this place has almost cost me an engine and transmission. Needs better training and higher standards for quality work! The convenience is not worth the risk!

The most thorough oil change, radiator flush in Billings. Honest, and will even show you the condition of the filters while asking you if you choose to change it. Free Wilcoxins ice cream while you wait. They vacuum inside your truck and do a quick detail while they are changing oil. Awesome customer service. Will keep you updated with emails if you choose. Seemed very honest and you truly feel welcome and your business is appreciated. Conveniently located too.

Small mishap during oil change- manager Matt took care of issue in an efficient and timely manner and paid mechanic bill for repair. They stand behind their employees work, and it is appreciated.

Im here to tell you master lube has my business for life. Not only did they change my oil, check my air filter and showed it to me and THAN blew it out they washed my windows and my back up camera they checked my air pressure in my tires they vacuumed my car gave me a print out of everything else they checked like power fluid and than the boss doubled checked everything. They reset my digital oil remaining as well. As I left everybody in the shop thanked me for my business the boss open my car door for me to get in and then shut it behind me and wished me a happy Thanksgiving. Sold for life. Plus it took 15 minutes.

I had one of the best experiences of my life at Masterlube on Grand yesterday. I drove in, and a friendly crew instantly started vacuuming my vehicle and washing its windows. After a moment, the gentleman checking the dipstick said, well, this oil looks brand new. Even thought it had been some time since I had had the oil changed, I rarely drive the vehicle in question. I said that I generally just changed it every so often, and he said that was fine, and he would do it if I insisted, but that truly the oil was full and clean. I was blown away! The crew continued cleaning my vehicle, checked my tire pressure after a long winter, and pronounced me good to go. No charge. I just couldnt believe the service and honesty. Hitherto, I had moved around in who I used to change my oil. No longer. I will be going to this Masterlube with my three vehicles for the rest of my life. Whats more, I have already shared the story with about a dozen people. Thanks for making my day!

Quick and efficient

They got me in and out quickly, but didnt tighten up my air cleaner assembly properly so my check engine light came on. I found the issue on my own and tightened it down. They made a mistake but were more than decent about it.Great customer service.

Did good work but I wasnt offered having my truck vacuumed, didnt check lights ect. My girlfriend went in few week later and got full service. Yes my 91 truck isnt as nice as her 03 Subaru and Im not a girl but doesnt mean I deserve less service. Disappointed.
