I’ve been a customer for years since I was a little girl used to come in here with my parents it’s a good place they’re all friendly they’re all nice sometimes people have hard days sometimes I don’t sometimes they can get through the people in line real quick and sometimes I can’t it’s what you make of your day not with the people around you make of it it’s not nobody else’s fault they try to do their best they can to get through the people that they can get through and do it with smiling face that have happy spirits no the the new people there now..
Do not use this place for fingerprints. mine were rejected by fieldprint because the guy mixed up my fingers... he either didnt know how to read or didnt know his right from his left. Also he hadnt bathed in days and he smelled terrible. Having him handle my hands was like being violated.
Dont use the Mail Drop for your shipping needs. Ive now been fighting since September 29th 2020 for a $252 refund Im due, and neither FedEx or The Mail Drop are willing to deal with the situation. FedEx messages you with bots, and the Mail Drop has multiple reasons why they have to ask permission from FedEx to issue a refund. The Mail Drop is locally owned and operated. My contract was with them, not FedEx. If the owner knows youre going to be there for a resolution, he just doesnt show up. FedEx was their suggested company. This is unacceptable, unreasonable, unethical, and-honestly-theft.Edit: finally got a call from the owner on 12/1 stating the disclaimer covers them. The disclaimer covers loss and damage. My packages were delivered back to the Mail Drop instead of the recipient where I was then charged another $275 to ship with UPS. Loss or damage certainly does not apply in this situation.
I am an over the road trucker who needed needed a contact notarized. I called ahead explaining im driving a semi and wouldnt arrive until 2pm. Was told theyd wait for me. Arrived at 2:05 and told notary left knowing I was coming and told he’d wait. Go to UPS STORE near Walmart! Cheaper, friendlier and great customer service!

I wanted to review for some time, I have paid for a mailbox for 3 years now, and I like the location, but i have a few suggestions.#1: when some one rents a box, it is unreasonable to make them wait to get a package. For example I came in many times and there is about 3 or 4 people waiting for other reasons and I come to get my mail and have a package. I am almost ALL of the time waiting for the other people, but I would like to be noticed and it only takes literally less than 30 secs. to hand me my package. BUT I wait for over 15 minutes for you to get through all of the people then you walk over to help me get my package. I just want to get my mail and go, but this process you have makes it so hard. I dont want to just cut in line but if this takes 30 seconds, why the wait?#2: You need to get some organization for the back area. This really looks messy and it makes it look like you all are not organized. This has gotten worse through out the past years. This needs to be organized so it can show that you all know what is going on back there. Half the time you are scrambling around to find packages. You could get a system of having them alphabetically on a rack versus on the floor. I am sure you could see this yourself, I just thought I would comment.I hope that you can fix this. Its frustrating to be a paying customer year after year and see all of this going on. Its absolutely great that you have so many customers but if you had a better environment and better customer service this was be a 5 star rating.
The gentleman in the store was very nice, helpful and professional. I had to ship something very heavy, via UPS, and I was worried it was going to be very expensive, but it wasnt at all. He packed it wonderfully, too, which wasnt easy! I will only go to this store from now on to ship anything! Highly recommend this store.
Notary wasnt there at 8am when they opened. Next time put it on a sign somewhere.

Do not go here! My family sent a letter FedEx that should cost less than $10 and the Mail Drop charged her $29!?!? My mom had no idea of the price difference at the time of the transaction.
