Geek squad used to be top notch. Now they just weasel out of warranties that we pay for and they have gotten away from what it was started for and about! Dont waste your money on extra geek squad. Other places in town that are better service and help.

Spencer at the Best Buy geek squad was the absolute best!! Service was top notch and even with them having to take my phone it was back quicker then expected. Thanks again Spencer! Hope this makes it to the boss because you deserve the recognition!!

Michael went the extra mile in assisting me with my computers problem/a and the only was to get me back online to work was a new machine. My had served it purpose for 8+ years and was ready for retirement. Although a new one was not in my unemployed judge :(out of work for 1.5 months n UI still pending, he assisted me in aquireing a replacement. Was of great assistance.

They werent able to fix my computer but they told me what was wrong with it, where to go to get it fixed, and refunded all of the money!

The first time I went in for my phone it wasnt a pleasant experience, told me I had to call 1800geeksquad. Called them and got the run around, very frustrating. Today the lady that helped me made everything right. Very pleasant experience.

They’re really great at disconnecting calls after a 45 min wait.
