I used to work for Tech by Design in 2011/12, it was a great place then; and now! They were helpful over the phone last week and brought the Mac in today, Kadee at the front desk took my information down and I was in and out quickly!

The staff at TBD are some of the best techs I have ever worked with. Knowledgeable, accommodating, and in it for the long haul. My computer was having issues and I had no idea what the issue was so I decided to look around town for pc repair shops. After comparing prices I brought my computer to technology by design and they were straightforward and helpful with every step of the repair process. The man who worked on my computer (Joshua) called me before working on the computer and gave me a complete rundown of what he was doing. Great service and a great price!

Ive used Ken for over 10 years, he and his staff are always prompt and professional, fees are very competitive although frankly the service is so good I havent compared the rates in years. Its just so easy to say call Ken when the staff says we have any IT issues. Great local company. I cant recommend them enough.
