This shop does not listen to the customer.I call, setup an appointment to have the starter replaced. They confirm that they are going to replace the starter over the phone. I make time to drop off my truck and they call me 4 hours later and tell me it’s all done. When I go to pick up my truck they charge me $60 in labor for “inspect electrical”. Then they tell me that my truck has no issue starting. I didn’t ask anyone to “inspect electrical” I asked them to replace my starter.Why is it so difficult to follow simple instructions?

Took my truck in after MONTHS of having issues with my truck. Two other shops tried things but the problem would always pop up again. After leaving it with Jason he diagnosed the problem, gave me a fair price, and had it fixed in under 2 hours. Will keep bring my vehicles back here in the future.

Went for an oil change. Appointment was at 8 and I got there at 7:50... the guy told me to go ahead and come in and they took care of me right away. They did a good job

Car broke down across the street and they were super quick and polite throughout the whole process.

My Navigator randomly went out on us, took it to a shop they said it was spark plugs. It wasnt. Said no oils going to the engine. (Sat for almost a month of course engines dry) so said motor was no good and needed a new one for 6000$.Took it to Midas on Central, took 8 blots out to open engine more and there the timing chain was broken costing me 2900$ and checked all lines to make sure I was good before getting it back that same week.Strongly recommended going to see Will at Midas, loved the service and honesty they provided, plus the money they did save us.

Got my brake lines replaced and back on the road in an afternoon at a good price

Excellent service. The horn on my car wasn’t honking, and they got me in the same day with short notice and fixed it. The repair was very reasonably priced, and they also gave me an estimate for a separate issue so I can plan ahead for that one next time. Everybody on the staff was very friendly and professional.

I had an incredible experience. They were incredibly accommodating while we waited for our vehicle. Once they had inspected our vehicle they gave us multiple options on what needed to be fixed, the time in which it would need to be fixed & estimates - with zero pressure to commit to any of them. When they knew about how long it would take to service our vehicle they gave us a complimentary ride home and called us when it was time for pick up. From then it was about an hour and then my vehicle was ready. We got checked out and they gave us the estimates for the things we would need in the future and sent us on our way.

The young lady who answered pho e was very pleasant to speak with she attempted to get me in for alignment immediately even though it was last minute on my part. She was able to get me in for alignment the next afternoon. They called at approximately 430PM or 500PM informing me the vehicle was ready for pickup.. The entire process was simple and went withouta hitch.. Greatjob!!!

They saved me. I am driving thru in a motorhome. I needed repair to the exhaust on the generator. I am ever so grateful.

Had a wiring issue. They fixed it real quick. I also recieved an inspection of the suspension, engine and drive train. Some issues were found and an estimate was received. Thanks to these guys Ive saved myself $1,000 by doing the work myself.

I am glad I did, these folks were not only professional, courteous and efficient, they are pros! They had me out of there in 45 minutes and topped off fluids and everything! We were quoted $850. I got a couple quotes from other places for the exact same parts and labor and no one said over $650. Turns out we didn’t need half the things done that they said were dyer. Ended up paying about $200 and my car is running great. Will not recommend.

I made an appointment for yesterday and the staff there said that the appointment was for the day before. I have the email and a screenshot of the email to prove different. Now my grandson has to go back today.

Im giving -1 star only because there is not an option of zero Stars I came in for an oil change and they refused to do your oil change because I didnt have a blinker or power steering cap . Thats completely irrelevant to my vehicles oil. in my honest opinion I think it has something to do with the fact that I have 33 inch all terrains which they probably did not want to do a tire rotation for because of the weight thats just unprofessional unacceptable

The workers are the ones who make this place amazing. Everytime I have gone to get an oil change, they are quick and so polite. We had some issues with both of our cars yesterday so we took them to Midas on Central and I am so grateful they took the time to answer all of my questions and help me get to the bottom of my car issues. Just had to stop and say Midas has great customer service, Josh is a great manager and very professional. Started going for oil changes, but will be taking my vehicles there for anything I need done that they can do. Super knowledgeable, and they make you aware of any potential problems.

By far one of the most professional Midas Shops Ive worked with. Josh the Manager took care of me and helped me decide which exhaust option would be best for my car and why. Rather than just selling me the most expensive option, he guided me through all of my options and what would work best with my vehicle. Not only was he personable, but extremely professional and would recommend him to anybody! Thank you again!

My daughter took her car in here because her brakes were making noise and they were very professional and took care of us. Very friendly staff. Although, we did not end up having the work done there I was confident that they knew what they were talking about and they were very gracious when we chose not to do the work I would highly recommend them.

They did really good at welding in my new muffler. I didnt make an appointment, yet they had time to get me in. Ill definitely go back.

So originally I went there to have my oil changed and a tire rotation. I made an appointment, arrived on time, left my car and went grocery shopping. When I returned an hour and a half later they still hadnt got it done. I had to get my groceries home so I told them to forget it. A couple days later they called me and said they would give me a free service since it was their fault.I was very impressed and returned to have the service done.(oil change and tire rotation)Well a couple weeks later, I left for the east coast. I had a fairly bad vibration in my front end. On the way back it became so severe I had to stop and have it checked out. Well, apparently the mechanic who rotated the tires stripped two lugs bolts and left one of the lug nuts loose and the other completely OFF! So essentially, I was driving with only three of the five lug nuts on. I thank God I didnt have the wheel fall off and kill me or someone else! Not a good experience.

Absolutely horrible and rude staff. The manager was a complete jerk when I went in for an inquiry even though I approached him very kindly. Take your vehicle somewhere else as these people are very unprofessional!

I called on a Saturday and they were able to squeeze me in so I could get my brakes done today. I very much appreciated this so I didnt have to take time off from work to drop off and pick up my car. Josh was very professional and very nice to me. And the best part...my brakes arent squeaky anymore.

Would like to give no stars: went in with abs & traction control lights on & a grinding noise from the rear of car. They recommended replacing all brake components plus said a wheel bearing was out. Almost 1600.00 dollars later they say car is fixed. I bring car back 2 weeks later with the same lights on & same growling/grinding noise. They check it out & supposedly test drive the car. Tell me everything is fine, they cannot hear anything & the codes just werent cleared before. Now im in Portland oregon for a new job, & a wheel bearing is out & i’m wondering if they even fixed the correct wheel bearing to begun with? Definitely would not recommend this repair shop

They are always so honest. They could have easily charged me thousands for a problem but their honesty saved me time and money from that wreck of a car . I was driving out to Yellowstone and saw that my exhaust pipe was bouncing around. Thankfully, the people at Midas were able to show me the extent of the damages and fix me up for the summer. I was glad to work with such friendly people!

Took over two hours to get my oil changed. The receptionist was nice, but it didn’t make up for it taking over two hours.

Its ok. Holly who handled my paperwork is an asset to the business. Very nice. But I was disappointed when I heard from others they get their car vacuumed and there was coffee at their choice place and they averaged 20 minutes. None of that with this place. Also there is a slight pressure to do more than change your oil. Its not overt but I would like to just get my oil done and no commentary about what my car further needs.

Took my Vehicle here to get the power steering fixed because it was leaking, payed 800.00 and 2 weeks later it busts again and it’s worst then before. Taking it back today 11-2-18 too see if they can fix agian. That’s a lot of money for it to break again or be worse then before.10:30 And they redeemed there selves, found the problem and fixed it at no cost. Hose clamp issues. Even tho it was brand new.

Stuck this morning with a broken air valve on one of my tires that was very low. Afraid I wouldnt make it to work without my tire going flat, I called Midas and they replaced it with no questions asked. I did not have to wait and it was done within 5 minutes.What awesome service! I will be using them from here on out.

Lies about whats wroug they just want money I had it checked at two more places after and was told there wasnt but a low tire. But they said I need 1200 dollars of work . Why didnt they find that when I had them look before I bought the van. They found it all after I bought two days later. I bought as is. But if found before sale it could of been fixed. There not nice people. They think girls r easy to take money from.

Weve never met better folks. Relocating from Alaska to Tennessee in an old beater motor home (1983 Chevy) we looked like the Beverly Hillbillies. Then carburetor/fuel filter failed. Do you have any idea how difficult it is to find competent mechanics who can work on carburetors any more? Larry could. He had worked on them in his youth and after five days waiting on the part, he had us back on the road.But it was so much more than that. We chose Midas because the work would be guanteed by any other Midas should we need more work done.Josh and Ashley, the front desk generals, were delightful from the first frantic phone call. He checked with staff BEFORE we had our rigged towed, to make sure Larry, the mechanic, could do the work. They welcomed us like family. They loved on our old, chubby rottweiller, even when shed meander into the shop. They steered us to local landmarks to visit while waiting on parts. Theyd make us coffee every morning. Jordan even offered to let Jim and I take showers at his house. While we found the local YMCA instead, the offer was incredibly generous.So Larry replaced the carburetor and was concerned about other potential problems that remained and thoroughly explained what we would need to address in the near future. Even after they sent us on our way... they even called to check on us. When we had questions, Larry gladly helped out over the phone, even though we were now 500 miles away, and there was zero profit motive.Like I said, they were like family. GREAT PEOPLE!!!

Dont even try to go there,not even thinking about it, after paying 80$ diagnostic fees, i was told that i need a new timing chain system change,for at least 1800$, when i checked some where else,the problem was fixed with 100$ exhaust pipe repair.just avoid it at any cost

We went here a few weeks ago for an alignment which was done correctly no problems, the staff was reasonably good to work with.My only problem with this shop is that they failed to identify a noise coming from the top of a strut mount and another local auto repair shop identified it immediately as a loose nut on the strut shaft. A tap with an impact wrench took care of it.Also my tpms light has been on for a while now and I know its a bad sensor but why they didnt mention it to us is bizarre. I can fix it myself when I have time but if they offered to fix it I probably would have paid them to do it.Also they didnt do the relearn procedure on tire locations after the tire rotation. Not a big deal but strange for a buisiness that specializes in these areas.

Our son just graduated from college and was on his way to North Dakota for a new job when his car broke down in Billings late on a Sat afternoon. I called 28 places on the internet and none answered their phone. Midas was the 29th but they were about to close. They waited for our son to find his way there and spent hours fixing his car so he wouldnt be stranded and late for his job on Monday morning. We are very grateful for their kindness and their professionalism and would highly recommend them to everyone.
