Ill never use this shady shop again. I love how they are sitting here accusing people for giving them bad reviews. Coercion is a deifnition you need to look up but please keep saying that. It only makes your business look bad being paranoid. Im just a consumer with nothing to lose.

Got the $12 brush kit needed for a Mitsubishi SUV. Ordering a starter would have been $200, and taken a week, much more expensive and more time than other similar models (with the same or very similar internal parts).I read up on the problem, looked at various posts online, took it apart, cleaned out the oil and sludge (oil filter is directly above starter on that engine, and wasnt tightened at all by the recent discount oil change the owner had used). Saw the condition of the brushes, brought it in, clerk matched it up, I filed them to the correct length on advice, and installed them in the original brushholders. Engine started like new!Clerk gave exactly what was needed, and I was able to clean up the armature and install the brushes. Will be bringing in future work!

A couple friends of mine recieved terrible service from this place. and then informed me they where using the word coerced. not sure how you cant accept that they are married and you hurt both of them. But again as a consumer i dont mind giving this business a bad review. Maybe they can accept they dont offer a good service? Paranoid pr person is hilarious.

Said he fixed a bunch of stuff and didnt charged me 500 held my car for a month and didnt do anything

If i could rate zero stars i would. Talk about being d!$ked around. Keeps my vehicle for ever charges me for doing repairs yet nothing was fixed. Bad business practice.

A hidden gem for those of use that tinker with cars. I thought for sure I had a problem with my alternator but testing shows is somewhere else, at least now I know. Price couldnt be beat. Much less than just buying a new alternator.

So my truck sat at this garbage shop for a month after they lied and said they were working on it. I told him the bill was not an issue fix my truck. Did i mention the audacity of this guy charging me for nothing. Garbage.
