If you ship via UPS, cross your fingers that your package doesn’t get sorted here in Billings. This is the second time I have ordered something from the east coast, tracked it to Billings, then watched as it was carried back to the east coast again. So stupid. I lived in Louisville and the processing center there was phenomenal. UPS needs to put more competent staff in this location.

Dont expect your package on time because it wont show up. UPS is the worst shipping company.
