They do an amazing job every time. Sue did my nails and one of the best gel acrylics I’ve ever gotten. She took her time and was so friendly!Love this place.

I have been going to Diamond Nails for many years. I live closer now, but I used to drive there from Watertown because I could not find another nail salon that I liked. Natalie does my nails every time now, but I have been to all the girls and they are all great. This this place is clean!! I have never had an issue here and my nails always look fantastic!! Highly recommend.

My girlfriend and her mother have been going here for years. The women have gotten to know them and theyre super caring. Sure they rush sometimes but their nails have never looked bad when they leave. They really enjoy going to Diamond Nails!

Used to be a wonderful place, but after getting gels there for the first time and going back to get them done again (not realizing they should remove them completely and start fresh everytime until after) - they lifted and I had to go to another salon to have them removed and two of my nails almost fell off. They said water got underneath the gel and infected my nail since the previous gels werent removed properly.

My nails came out Great and I would have given them 5 stars BUT I feel with what they charge I should have gotten a longer hand massage. She maybe spent 30 seconds on each hand, disappointed. I have been to other nail salons so I know that was too quick.

I got a regular manicure on Wednesday paid $3 more for the polish that last longer. Thursday night the polish was chipping. Friday night my nails were a mess. I know it wouldnt last long but I would have thought longer than 2 days. Will not go back.

I went in for a full set. I left with my nails a mess. Had acrylic liquid everywhere, and she went over my cuticles, so as soon as I got home, they were lifting! As an update, I called and explained the situation, and the woman said it is normal growth, it happens. I told her that Ive been getting my nails done for 20 years, and the only time it lifts like this is when the job is rushed, and not done right. She told me to come in so she could fix it. When I went in, she tried to charge me $3 per nail!! 8 nails, $24?! I said Im not paying for them to fix their mistake, and she said then she wont do them.. she also proceeded to talk about me in her language and make faces at me. Seriously horrible customer service. I will NEVER go back there!

Very disappointing....my friend and I got our nails done there yesterday, we each got a full set and were very disappointed. First of all, my friend and I were the only ones there yet we were sat at complete opposite sides of the place. Second, the lady cut my acrylics very unprofessional. They were torn, falling off, and VERY uneven...she didnt even check to see if they were all the same length! Which they are not! Some are longer and others are shorter. Third, in the middle of doing my nails a mother and her younger daughter came in asking if they took walk ins, the lady said yes, got up (in the middle of doing my nails!), sat the mother and daughter and did their nails! I was in disbelief that she did that! She didnt even say one word to me, just got up and left to another station to do someone elses nails! To top it all off, by the end of my manicure she made me bleed a total of 4 times with her electric file. I will NEVER do business there again.

Being new to the area - I was in serious need of finding a QUALITY nail salon. Being in a highly visible profession - Im extremely picky when it comes to the appearance of my nails. I took a chance with Diamond Nails.I had a fresh full set of pink and white acrylics done, as well as a pedicure, with a technician named Vanna. I have to say - her approach and technique was unlike anything Id ever experienced before, So, at first I was a bit skeptical. But I was pleasantly surprised. She did an AMAZING job - taking her time to be extremely detail oriented to insure perfection. So - I will be back - and definitely recommend others to give her/them a try!!!

If I could rate this place a zero I would. I have never written a review before; however, I couldnt resist. I just left there and I am so completely unsatisfied. I went in for a simple gel polish change. There was no one in there so I didnt have to wait, and now I am not surprised. The women who took off the gel, cut me 4 times. 4 times I was bleeding. 4 out of 9, because one was already peeled off. That alone is horrible. Then, I went to pay. They charged me $25 dollars. A fill with gel color in North Andover, where I originally had them done, is $27. I would never recommend anyone to go to this salon and can assure you I am never going back.

Awful service my nails were lifting on the first day and when I went back to ask them to fix it I was told it was normal, Ive been getting my nails done for years and clearly its not, and they refused to redo my nails and were so rude throughout the whole procidure and didnt listen to what I wanted. I would never recommend this place to anyone
