I had previously used All Care for a couple of my small engine items. Most recently had them pick up my mower for a tune up. They had it between 2 1/2-3 weeks. When they finally dropped it off, it ran for about 10 minutes before it stalled out and wouldn’t start again. I had paid them promptly and the work was under a 30 day warranty. I emailed about the issue and was told they would pick it back up the following Monday. When I got home from work, the mower still hadn’t been picked up. I contacted them and received a snarky response that the day wasn’t over and they’d be out that day. Over a week later, they contacted me again that they’d be out to pick up the mower. They had it for another 2 weeks. I finally reached out to see how things were going. I was told that it would be dropped off the next day. When I used the mower this time, it didn’t stall out as it did before. However, it did stop cutting the grass. I checked the mower deck. The deck belt is falling apart and frayed. I double checked my original invoice and was charged for a new deck belt. They are clearly charging me for work they didn’t perform. I paid them almost $400. I would avoid using using them unless you like being ripped off

These guys were great! They tuned up my 30 year old chainsaw and fixed the pull start for a VERY reasonable price, and even sharpened the chain for no added cost. Scheduling the appointment online was a piece of cake, and they stayed in close contact via text and phone. Ill be using them again and recommending them every opportunity I get. Also felt great to support a local small business.

Bought a used mower from them and very happy I did. The tractor mower has been great and I’ll only have all care motors service it. Very reasonable rates and always responsive. They have really gone above and beyond with every tune up.

All Care Motors have fixed both our snow blower and generator. They respond quickly, turn around time is amazing and very reasonable prices. They gave us a quote and once accepted had it back the next day Both are professional and polite. Highly recommend!

I will call them again for all my small engine repairs and maintenance. They were the most prompt in getting back to me and in the time they could get my snowblower picked up and returned to me. Very professional to deal with. Highly recommend you call them when you need repairs. They were also the least expensive as well.

All care motors is a small business with big service. They are responsive to when I need work done on my snowblowers. They are prompt with pick up and delivery and have recently expanded scheduling and payment options which work out well for me when because I am constantly on the go. They have repaired and tuned up my snowblowers for the last 3 years and the prices are right in line with the service. I never feel like I am getting fleeced and they are upfront with all the repairs and costs so there are no surprises. Hard working and dedicated is what I look for and found it in All Care Motors. I’ll be a customer for as long as there will be snow in New England.
