This is the best laundromat i have ever been to, with great machines with varying prices that all take credit cards. The attendants are all very friendly and helpful. The colors are cheery and welcoming.But one very glaring problem makes me unable to give five stars.The music playing is always good or even great, but it seems that literally every sixty seconds the music is interrupted so a robotic womans voice can say heres your reminder and then offer an obvious message like to watch your belongings, join their loyalty program, or that the machines wont give you a refund. Sometimes the messages play twice. Sometimes four times. By the end of just an hour, i hated this voice more than anything else i could imagine.It is like a special modern form of torture. It is so unpleasant that i am not sure using this laundromat is worth it.I cannot imagine how terrible it is for the laundry attendants to have every. Single. Song. Interrupted multiple times by this robotic womans voice.If i were them, i would slowly go insane until one day i snapped and drove my car through the front windows.As i sat there in my totaled car amidst the rubble of the ruined storefront, i would repeat This is a reminder: sign up for our loyalty regards program. ask an attendant for help with that over and over until the police came to take me away to a mental hospital.For the love of all that is good and decent, please turn off all of the audio reminders, and tell me you did it so i can update this review.

My apartment complex only has two washers (one is out of order) and 2 dryers. I was going insane...luckily Supersuds is literally down the street. Machines are excellent! Love the convenience and peace and quite while washing my laundry. Dont get me wrong it stinks having to drag laundry there and back but timing wise its worth it.

Laundry Matt is very clean and organized. Free soap, softener and bleach on Wednesday’s and Thursdays. Also a dollar off all washers. Excellent service. Fast wash, Dry and fold drop off service. Attendants were very welcoming. Highly recommended !

I have high standard of cleanliness & it is very difficult for me to find EXCEPTIONAL laundromat, especially during current situation. I was fortunate to find Supersuds: ULTRA CLEAN & HIGHLY FUNCTIONAL washer & dryer, COMFY & SAFE facility, reasonable price, vending, wifi, etc. I drive 15 mins for SUPERSUDS than going local rundown laundromat. MY ONLY LAUNDROMAT in my mind when my washer is not functional or I need to wash my comforter!I called in on 4th of July weekend, answered by a gentleman who was very courteous, answered my questions. I said this guy has great customer service. Anyway the next day I happened to meet this gentleman (Kostas - owner, and Voula - wife), I love these people.If youre tired of awful smell when opening washer door, and 1-hour-running -but-cloth-never-dry dryer, PLEASE GO TO SUPERSUDS - SATISFACTION GUARANTEED!Personally I was able to thank Kostas & Voula for Supersuds, but let me reiterate: THANK YOU!--Ted--
