Safelite repair, safelite destroy. I’ve had good experiences with different Safelite locations but these guys are terrible. They replaced my windshield after some rock damage but broke the latch on my hood, leaving me unable to close it. Now I’m waiting on a part from my mechanic for a fix, but Safelite refuses to standby their work and cover the cost, saying they “can’t just agree to cover pre-existing damage.” This was in no way a pre-existing problem, I take excellent care of the car and just had an oil change the day before with my long trusted, local mechanic who has served me well for many years without issue (they tried to suggest that he caused the problem). It’s likely not an expensive fix, so this isn’t really about the money, it’s the principle of the matter. Their defensiveness and quickness to say the problem must have existed before feels like they knew right away that they caused the problem and just didn’t want to be bothered. They showed up outside of their original timeframe, and changed drivers twice that day from what I can tell. I suspect the person who did the repair was either angry they had been assigned to it, or in a rush. Well, I’ll never use Safelite again, and I’ll let my insurance company know that I’ve had a bad experience with their preferred vendor.

Great expedient service, dropped car off, no issues, window replacement is better than new and looks great!

2 days in a row blew me off. No phone call or anything. Just kept me waiting after promising not to after blowing me off the first day. Totally incompetent and very unprofessional.

Horrible Job...I had a small crack...the technician comes out and repairs in 15 mins...the area looks worse than it was in the beginning and there is still a small crack outside the area the technician worked on...And they think I would let them put a windshield in...OMG...No!!!...There a large white spot in the middle of my Glass now...That was not there before...Then on the receipt the technician writes that he vacuumed my vehicle....absolutely not...I wish that I left the crack in my glass...I will never.ever ever use them again!!!!!! If seems like satelite has poor technicians working for them and that they are trying to get as many vehicles completed with poor quality work!!!! If you use them... beware!!!!
