One of my friend lives in this apartment complex and the apartment is very specious with modern fitting and appliances. Rent is very reasonable when compared to the apartment area. I would recommend anyone looking for an apartment to check this place.

DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!!! I currently live here and the woman who runs the office is an absolute nightmare, acts more like security/police than she does management. I just had my motorcycle towed from here WHEN COVERED AND CHAINED which she removed and cut (Illegal) and had it towed because of an out dated inspection sticker, registration and everything is up to par and I still had 7 days to have it inspected from the date of purchase. I told her all of this and she still had my bike towed after illegally damaging and removing my property, so if you want your belongings moved or taken by management, then this is the place for you. The gentleman who does the maintenance and works the office is a great guy so please dont allow this review to reflect on him, he was the one to take my registration and register the vehicle with the office on the bike I transferred the registration from, I am going to be filing police reports and contacting the proper authorities to handle the situation - STAY AWAY! You can have the nicest landlord (As I do) and still have this happen, it has nothing to do w your landlord but rather MANAGEMENT OF THE FACILITY..........

Building 4 is bedbug ridden. All residents in the building have to endure continuing bedbug inspections where we are asked to remove bed linens as well as have inspectors go through our drawers and furniture to look for these pests. In the last 4 months, I had to take off of work 4 times and be available for the entire day to wait for exterminators. Im moving out. Luckily I was able to negotiate an easy lease to break with my landlord. I saw some people here with a real estate agent who were looking to buy a unit. Sad that they dont know what they are getting into. While my stay here was mostly incident free for the few years I did live here, pests are intolerable, the constant inspections are invasive and the main office is not flexible in scheduling them. It seems like the problem is just not going away and we have to keep making time in our schedule to permit these inspections and have our privacy repeatedly invaded. I understand living in an apartment means visits from maintenance. This is not a smoke detector replacement or leaky faucet fix. These are exterminators who go through your clothing and bed. I got out before I caught any bedbugs. Beware anyone who chooses to live here or in any of the other buildings.

Ive lived here for years and overall, the experience has been positive. I havent encountered any major issues but there were quite a few minor issues. However, those minor issues would be what I expected for living in apartments.
