I cant say how good they are doing nails because I didnt get the chance to try. All I needed was to get ONE nail fixed on my 9 year old daughter but waited 30 min and just watched as a group of teenagers got their nails done then instead of fixing her nail (5 min) real quick they took the group of girls back to get eyebrows ugh. One other lady massaging a womans same leg the whole time during a pedicure 🤔.

If I could give them zero stars I would. The owner got mad at a innocent one year old for listening to music on YouTube. Apparently it was “inconsiderate.” (Due to volume) Mind you, the other employees were singing along and I turned the volume down.I couldn’t even get a service finished because she continued to argue. Even after I told her to leave it alone 🤦🏻‍♀️She also got catty with one of her employees and made the woman cry.

Loved my nails!! The design was a little difficult, but they didnt shy away from it. I was very happy with the turnout. Definitely going to continue to come here.

I have been seeing Bickie for sometine now at several different salons. I was so glad to hear that she got her own salon. The new place is very nice with plenty of parking (usually an issue at most salons). The location is just awesome and all the equipment is new. I really like the atmosphere. Trust me, this is the best nail salon in town.

This salon is amazing and so much more. Friendly staff and a clean environment that feels like home mixed with amazing work. This is just what Big Spring was needing.

Worst customer service. If you dont have an appointment, dont expect to be seen in a timely manner or with good customer service. Will never go back and Ill never recommend it.You should put a sign up, APPOINTMENT ONLY. Since you dont have enough employees to handle the traffic.

Super pleased with my service. Very nice environment, very welcoming. Reasonably priced with great color choices. I never reccomend anything in Big Spring but this place is a gem! Love Bickie made me feel super comfortable.

I initially went here for a pedicure and let me tell you what I had the most awesome pedicure ever she did such an amazing job. I am very impressed and her husband fixed my nails when Envy nails charged me $75 for the worst set of nails they only charged me $45 to fix them and They were really beautiful I look forward to doing more business with you guys thank you so much

Lady was rude and rushed my pedicure. She only seems to have time for her “regular customers “. My first and last time there. Not impressed at all. 30 dollars for a cheap pedicure I could have done myself at home.
