The worst customer service ever, I first had to fight tooth and nail, literally begged for a permanent internet fix after 6 years of service techs in and out every two to three months, their legal team tried plastering me as a over exaggerating customer, well it took a different crew from a different service area to fix the two issue in the main lines .. one they had to dig 3feet into the ground to fix, now my neighbors are very happy, then I had to beg and I mean beg to have them turn off my tv services, now I have been literally begging for three weeks to have home phone disconnected, they led me to a mental breakdown and called the police to do a wellness check because I told them they cant bill dead man .. my home phone service is still active and they refuse to disconnect it, bottom line .. if you pay your bill on time every month, you will need a lawyer to disconnect your services
In all honesty the service is amazing. I stream on a couple different devices almost non-stop, download firmware for phones in like 3 minutes. With paperless billing, set it up and forget about it. Would recommend to anyone. I however do not care for the junk mail special introductory offers. Im poor and lucky to have WiFi in my home. I dont need the other stuff they should get the idea after almost 3 years
Ive only had a couple issues with the service and those issues were weather related. Every time Ive had to call everyone Ive spoke to had been super polite. They get the issue resolved as soon as possible without any complaints or attitudes. The internet has always been fast and reliable. I have zero complaints.

Its alot faster to just goto their office and get your modem than it is to wait on fed ex. Other then that been a great service
Customer service is good, but the actual service that they provide has outright hit low bottom the past five months. Internet works for like three hours of the day. Thats BS!!!! If they dont fix it for good this week, I am dropping Spectrum. Changed the modem, called in countless times, keep trying to reconfigure everything, this is about to end. It either starts working on a consistent basis come this week, or Im dropping it for good. No point in paying for something that sucks and Is a complete waist of my time.
All of the ladies who have helped me over the last 6 years have always been super friendly! Ive never had an issue with my internet through them.
Bait & Switch, Beware!Received a promotional deal for TV and Internet for $39.99. So I called to set it all up and the total per month changed $101.96. Hmmmm? I asked what gives with the price difference? The letter says $39.99. The agent told me its for the TV box. I told the agent nice scam and cancelled.Just a note, why would you need a TV box when Spectrum advertises streaming TV on any device? A TV box really? A majority of content is now streamed and TV boxes are a thing of the past.Its sub par services like this that keep America behind on fast connections.

I have been a Charter customer for roughly 6 years now. In that entire time the Internet has gone out 2 or maybe 3 times ever. Even then it was never down for more than a couple hours. I have been paying for 60 Mbps Internet, but consistently receive speeds of 64 Mbps or higher. Service can be a little pricey, but worth it for the speed and reliability.
Absolutely horrible service. I self installed a modem/router with them over the phone to get my internet up and running. Everything was great. Two days later they closed my account and told me I needed to pay for a technician to come out and perform an installation to activate my service or it would be shut off. I told them that was ridiculous and they offered for me to rent a modem and router from them for $5/mo to do a self installation instead of having a technician come out. That made no sense, I already had my own equipment hooked up and functional. They refused to send me a bill for the internet service and told me they would turn it off. I spoke with multiple people wasting over 5 hours of my time over multiple days and they offered me absolutely nothing to resolve the issue. No account credit, no waved install fee, nothing. If I wanted the service, I had to pay for installation I didnt need, or pay for rented equipment I didnt need. It didnt matter that everything was hooked up and functional already. I will never use Charter Spectrum again and wouldnt recommend them to anyone.
Always very helpful and courteous. Need more help during the lunch hours of those taking their lunch hours to go to the Spectrum office. Preferably between 11:00 and 1:00

You pay $70 just to start then they raise the price every month just for the internet to go in and out and have issues all the time. It has so many outages you can barely use it and they charge you if you ask somebody to come out and fix it and they always have attitudes on the phone. Even then they dont fix it. Ive had charter in different locations so the outages have nothing to do with where I live and everyone I know that has charter has the same problems. Ive never had problems with any other internet provider just charter. And dont get me started on their cable prices theyre so outrageous and its just like the internet; you pay a bunch just to have outages all the time.
