Ive recently opened a new business and was told by Spectrum they would run all my cables for my 4 line phone system. Needless to say, I was completely misled by them and needed emergency service, as I found this out a week prior to opening.I called Business Communications of Maine on a Saturday, not expecting a return call until at least Monday. Dave called me back within a half hour and scheduled me in for that following Wednesday. The gentlemen that did the install arrived exactly when I was told. Three hours later, everything was installed and work just like it was supposed to. Dave even called me back that afternoon to follow up.I HIGHLY recommend this company and I thank this team very much for saving my sanity. They are now on my speed dial!!

We are a small law firm and have been using Business Communications of Maine for 1.5-2 years. Stay as far away from this company as possible. The quality of their service and responsiveness leaves a lot to be desired. Its too bad because there as some good people that work there.

I work for a small company and we were looking for a telephone system. They were friendly, very knowledgeable, and was not a hard sell. The technician that came to our office to install the system we chose, we professional and knew his stuff. I would highly recommend the company and will do business with them in the future.
