So I want to point out that I do not live here, never been here, and I found this place close to my hotel with Google Maps. I work as a professional makeup artist and model for a living so I need a good manicure at all times and Im very particular. I called an hour before they closed to see if they could still take me today. Not only did they say yes, they recommended a healthier nail treatment I had never done before (I usually do dip) due to the poor shape of my real nails. They close at 7pm and they stayed open another hour to accommodate my needs. Jennifer was my nail artist and she applied tips and gave me a french manicure with iridescent shimmer. I am beyond happy with my overall experience and definitely recommend. I am not usually a review person but after my experience, it made me realize how I should acknowledge local businesses and artists I come across on my travels. Be compelled to write a review out of love more than hate since most people write reviews out of anger. Hope this helps other people this holiday season. Happy Holidays!

We called 15 mins before coming in. The guy said they could take us as walk ins if we come right away. We said we were 15 mins away and he said that was fine. We arrived and the guy we spoke to on the phone said they couldnt take us in. Lame and unprofessional .. waste of our time.

I went here today with a wedding party. The three of us bridesmaids and the bride of course. We had a wonderful time getting a manicure and pedicure and a wax for myself. My manicurist was Martha and she did a wonderful job. My nails and toe nails look amazing better than they have in some time. Kim did my under arm wax and leg wax and was so amazing! She was very thorough and careful. She was always asking if I was ok or if the wax was to hot or if I was comfortable. It was my first ever wax she made me feel really comfortable and talked with me which relaxed me. It didnt hurt at all and my legs and underarms are super smooth now. The man that checked us in was very professional and friendly. And when I called to place the appointment he was very helpful answering all of my questions and helping me set it all up. They all made this experience really stress free and fun. Thank you all so so much! We will definitely go back for a girls day. Thank you for making that part of the wedding perfect!

Although they were down a person to being ill, they still tried to fit everyone and everything in along with me getting my eyebrows done. THANK YOU SO MUCH

I honestly cannot believe I ever let any other place in the Southern Maine area do my nails. Yesterday, Jennifer took absolutely outstanding care of me. My nails were about 3 weeks old, done at a new salon (near Target in Biddeford), and looked awful. Jennifer could not believe that anyone would let me leave their salon with nails like this. She was meticulous and careful as she fixed my nails, carrying a pleasant conversation with me the whole time. Not to mention I didnt have to wait at all to get in! (I probably got lucky or timed it just right, as whenever I go to PF next door the salon always looks busy.) This salon is clean, professional, and friendly. I havent been this happy with my nails in a long time! Thank you, Jennifer! I will be back!

I received a shellac manicure and the end result looks great. The reason I only gave 3 stars is because the process to get there was super painful. I’ve had shellac manicures occasionally throughout the years at multiple salons and it’s never been painful. My nail beds started to bleed (super minimally) and they were sore for days after.

I had a great experience today with Jennifer. She was kind and wonderful to talk to. My nails are beautiful! She has been doing nails for 15 years and is the manager here, and I can tell! I dont get my nails done often, because Ive had bad experiences in the past, but I am thrilled with how they came out! Also, They have a policy here, that if anything happens with your nails, breaking/chipping, within 10 days they will repair free of charge. Ive never been offered this before, so I was more than pleased that she told me about this. I have had damage happen after my manicure before, and I had to pay full price to have them repaired. One thing however, for someone who isnt familiar with nails, the pricing online was confusing. I ended up paying more than expected. Luckily my experience was great and I was able to afford the difference, but if my experience was not like this I would have complained. I will not hold that against the salon because it is probably just my unfamiliarity that caused confusion. Thank you Jennifer, Ill be back! Youre amazing at what you do, your business was wonderful.

Everyone is super nice! I always get my nails done by Christine and shes awesome always make sure everything is done the way you like it no matter what very good people I highly recommend!

Showed the employee a photo of what i wanted which was coffin shaped acrylics. i ended up getting uneven pointy nails and bleeding cuticles for $40. wasted my time and money on something i didnt even want, and i sure wasnt going to pay another $40 to get them taken off either.

Martha was very professional and precise. She did a wonderful job with my pedicure. I will gladly return.

I must tell you that every time I go to the Salon. I am greeted with a warm smile. This husband and wife operation is wonderful. They all strive to make everyone feel special They pay attention to detail. They give it their all to serve you and to make sure you a satisfied customer. They guarantee the work. I feel relaxed and pampered everytime I go. The atmosphere is very friendly, clean and the massage chairs are top of the line. I truly would recommend anyone to stop and give this place a try. You wont regret it.. P.S. If you pay by cash or check they give you a 5% discount..Not bad!!

At First Class nails I have gotten great service and great techs who are happy to see you. They get you in quickly. Their establishment was very clean and they seem to take care to keep it that way. The techs also seem to keep their areas clean. They have always gotten me in and they always have the exact color I need / want. :-D

If you have someone specific to do your nails, I would highly recommend Jennifer. She is absolutely wonderful. Everyone is super nice and they will do a great job however, dont expect to walk in, and not wait. They are busy for a reason. Make an appointment and they will make sure appointments are always a priority as it should be.

I am on vacation and didn’t have time to get a pedicure before I left. A friend recommended I try here and not only did my pedicure come out great my nail tech was very friendly and the women who greets you was very friendly as well

I have no idea how someone could give this place a bad review. That hasnt been my experience at all. On my first visit, Jennifer fixed my ingrown toenails (big toe) that had been causing me problems for years. She was so fast an agile that I never felt a thing. A previous salon would dig and dig until I bled, then told me I needed to see a Foot Doctor to get my toe nails partially removed. THATS A BIT DRASTIC.As I said, Jennifer did it with such finesse. It didnt hurt, I didnt bleed, and they arent growing back as fast, and when they do, I barely feel them.And overall, my feet are soft, no callouses, or imperfections. I think its important, for men especially, to have nice feet. Most men ignore this part of their bodies.I also had a manicure. Even without clear polish or anything, Jennifer buffed my nails so well that it looked like they had been polished. All the benefits but without polish to peel off. And people noticed.They noticed both my feet and my hands. I received many compliments.

I love this nail salon! Jen is the best! Ive been to about 5 others between biddeford and Sanford, & Im staying with #FirstClassNailandSpa I get my nails done a couple times a month & theyre always perfect. They are VERY busy so I recommend making an appointment, but they also usually can take walk ins. They always offer to fix anything if youre not satisfied.

Complete terrible nail job, uneven, unshaved, the polish was not even. absolute god awful job. ruined my girlfriends nails for prom. charged $80 thanks christine for making her cry, and not want to go!

Had appointment at 10:30 and they never started my nails until 1110. Plus showed her nail art and it doesnt look anything like what I showed her. ( I did request the purple and know my nails are shorter but still think she could have gotten a little closer to what I wanted)

They never get my nails right, everytime I go there they are rude and never seem to care much about pleasing the customer. I have spent hundreds of dollars there and to be treated so poorly was the last straw for me. I will never go back to this place or recommend it to anyone again.

I have been twice and have had nothing but amazing service. I had my nails and toes done and not only did they take their time but they did an incredible job and were able to match the design I wanted perfectly!!!

Had dip done. Had to go back in because nails had spot that werent polished.. After getting home noticed dip is up over cuticles, nails are twice the normal size. polish is dull with file marks all over. Not worth the money or the time
