Katy Carter, did my eyebrows which, were amazing! She also, did my Brazilian! Made me feel so comfortable! She, got me in on my scheduled time right away! She, was really nice professional! Made sure, I was satisfied! She, asked me how, I wanted my eye brows! She, listened! Everybody, in the shop had a great attitude! I really, love this place! I felt great for the rest of the day!🥰Highly recommended her!

I liked the young lady that waxed my brows. However, I must say during times like this we have to be mindful of being sanitary. I wouldve liked for her to clean the brows (she couldve used like an astringent) secondly after the wax it would have been nice if she wouldve followed up with once again cleansing and then moisturizer to help in the burning. Perhaps she did use a moisturizer because she was like massaging my brows with the fingers but moisturizer on a cotton ball just to keep things sanitized would have been better. Other than that she was very pleasant.

Browtique is my absolute favorite brow place.I always get the wax and shape. I have had them done by Destiny, Jason, and Brianna and they have all done an amazing job. My past 2 visits Brianna has done my brows and this most recent time I had let them grow for 2.5 months. My natural brows and THICK and coarse, but I new I was in good hands. She got them right back where I wanted them and they look amazing! All of the artists make you feel so comfortable and well taken care of. I love going to Browtique and I will continue to recommend them to everyone I know.

I absolutely love Browtique! Monet shaped and tinted my eyebrows a little over a month ago and mentioned brow lamination to me. I scheduled the brow lamination a few weeks later, but rescheduled to a later date because my brows were still looking flawless! Fast forward to yesterday and Monet absolutely killed it. She took her time with the process, asked my input, and the other stylists input throughout. My eyebrows look absolutely amazing and really stand out after the lamination process. Overall a great experience. The atmosphere of the boutique and its surroundings was wonderful and I felt reassured that the place I was going to wasnt an average cut n curl where I could get a mediocre wax with the potential of everything going wrong.1) The staff and owners were really nice and friendly. Im normally a very introverted person and I can find myself clamming up in situations like these. But with them, I was relaxed and comfortable and I even found myself initiating conversations.2) I got a normal brow wax, nothing special, but I did think that it took a little longer than what I was used to. It was closer to 15-20 minutes vs the 5-10 compared to other places. I think that I ended up with a quality set of eyebrows so I figure they just took their time and did smaller sections of waxing but the increased time was worth mentioning.3) Lastly, the only weird thing about my experience was that while I was in the chair, I happened to peek open an eye and I saw the woman doing my waxing was holding a phone back and forth over my face. This was before she started on the second eyebrow so I can assume she was doing a before and after, but she gave me no heads up that she was going to do it and never showed it to me afterwards. If I hadnt peeked I would have never known what she was doing. Im not particularly offended by the act, but I thought it was quite weird and would have liked to have been asked permission beforehand.Just to reiterate, overall this is a great place and Ill go back again next time Im in town and need my eyebrows waxed.

I have been to the Browtique several times! My services have always been performed by Monet. Monet has done a wonderful job training my brows...they look amazing every time. She has helped me understand the best shape for my face even though it was not the shape I was used to getting. I feel like she really takes her time to learn what I want and customize my service. Monet has also given me tips to improve my skin...it looks the best it ever has.The Salon is always clean and organized. They play amazing music and it is a family like environment. I cannot imagine ever going any where else for esthetic services.

The lack of professionalism and customer service the owner (Destiny Ward) of the establishment provides is insane. I should have took heed to the red flags at my 1st microshading consultation. An hour before my consultation that was supposed to be located in Bexley, I received a text, not call, but a text to switch to her other location in Reynoldsburg. Which was an additional 20 mins. It’s just a small closet in the back of a nail salon. I go in the room and am welcomed in this cramp room with herself and her mother. Her mom stayed there pretty much the entire time advocating for her daughter’s work and being a cheerleader. It was very weird. I had sat down at this point and was told by the owner I could wait while she opened a new box with a ring light so she could assemble. That took an additional 20 mins. About 45 mins later she then proceeded on “starting”. Her mom finally left while she worked. Prior to it ending her mom returned with food and the owner asked if she could eat her chicken sandwich in front of me while she was still answering my questions and setting me up for my 1st appointment. For a $550 procedure All of these events should have stopped me and resumed my business at a better high quality location.March 18th arrives and I go to the main location in Bexley. She began her 2-3 hour process by outlining, numbing and then taking me to the basement to began the procedure. She completed the work and my appointment was ended and I received aftercare products and my 2nd appt in 6-8 weeks.Unfortunately later that evening our governor closed all salons so it was unknown when this order would be lifted. It was lifted 2 months later May 15th. I did not receive a call or follow up email about how I was caring for my brows and if I had any questions. Anyone that has had the procedure knows it’s very drastic in the amount of peeling that occurs a week later and that the ink done looks invisible now.I finally get an automated email the week of salons reopening across Ohio and I email back with a time and date Monday, May 18th at 4:00 pm. I rush there from wfh and walk in masked up to see the owner and another lady sitting on the couch with no mask just chatting. I said my name and that I’m here for my scheduled appointment. Mind you no other customers were in sight. The owner then said she did not have me booked for the day. She walked over to me with no mask while I backed up and I pulled up my email showing her confirmation email. She saw it but then said she can’t do it today but could do it the following day, Tuesday at 3 pm. I was in shock like why could it not be done when threat is what she scheduled and I had drove 30 mins to get here. There were no customers! I then said that this is not making sense and that I would call to reschedule with this inconvenience. She said nothing.At this point I did not want to communicate via phone I needed it all to be via email so that I could have a paper trail of what she is communicating. Glad I did!! I emailed her my concern on why was my appointment not done and to work around my schedule because of her inconvenience and lack of timeliness. She came back via email full fledge wining and complaining about herself being overwhelmed right now with life and that she has to train her staff on safety procedures. ALL of this someone like myself, a customer, should not know or care about. She then said it’s up to her if she wants to schedule me for 2nd treatment or not. Mind you this package I paid up front includes 3 treatments before it’s complete.I’m glad I didn’t return because I was told she is still traveling and taking trips to different states right now in this pandemic. And the returning back to the salon and working on people. I’m sure she did not quarantine for 14 days nor got herself and her staff covid testing. Take your dollar to another safe, clean environment where the staff is conscious and professional with their customers.

Stopped in today without an appointment for my daughters first eyebrow wax experience and I have to say it was a good one. When I walked in I was greeted by the owner and she was friendly and welcoming. Her brows were done by Jason who did a great job. I loved that he checked in with me to ask me if I was okay and if we needed to change anything else. I asked for a little tighter shape and he was happy to oblige and he still left them full and gorgeous! It is hard to find a good place to get your brows done the way YOU want them done and not the way the way the professional thinks you should have them. The browtique understands this completely! You know your in the right place if they ask you how you like your brows before they get started. While everyplace should do this, they dont and that is very important to me. I wanted to get my brows done as well, but was trying to finish the last minute stuff before my daughters dance, but best believe we will both be back! If I can figure out how to add the picture I will-Thank you Jason and Destiny!

I recently had a microblading session with Destiny. It was the first time I ever had the service and it really was an improvement for me; my brows look full and have definition. There is some discomfort during the service, which was expected, but the end result is long term and terrific. I dont have to color my brows in anymore!Service was excellent! Bikini wax is painless, efficient and effective! So was my lip wax!11/20/2019This is the first time I have had services with one of Destinys Junior Assistants, Monet! I was impressed with her ability to fit me in and complete brow tint and wax, lip and chin wax services within an hour - in time for my bikini wax with Destiny. I continue to get great service at Browtique!May 2020I had a bikini brow and chin wax with Master Artist Destiny. This is my first service since the quarantine lifted and it was needed! The shop was prepared with the proper processes and procedures, and the service as usual was excellent! Happy to support those that service me!

I had such high hopes but I was disappointed. My lashes were great and lasted well over the time the tech said. However, she totally messed up my brows. They looked completely different, as if 2 different techs did each brow. She burned, scarred my skin. She also stated she had only been there a few months...but the owner should have never left her in her place of business alone. She knew she had messed up because she kept asking what time my flight was for the next day and maybe I could come in before I left. She was very sweet and nice but my brows were jacked up. Still jacked up! I wasted $70. Yes, I still tipped. But I will NOT be going back.

She took the time and care to make sure I looked interview-ready. I had just had a waxing done elsewhere that was completely botched, and Browtique took me in with professionalism and friendliness and made me feel like myself again. I went to Browtique on yesterday 3/14. I booked with Jason for 10am. I was at the door by 9:59. No one was inside. So I waited a few minutes and called. The owner Destiny answered and made me aware they were open. So only a few minutes late no biggie. Jason serviced my brows and lashes. He kept adding tint and wiping it off. To the point my skin came off under my brow. One brow was still thicker than the other. He then proceeded to install my lashes. Which I had to leave my eyes open a little for him to install and not touch my bottom lid. Instead of just covering my bottom lid. Not even 10 minutes after I left my eyes were bloodshot red. And currently still are bloodshot red. I had to remove the lashes a $40 service. Which was a major inconvenience because I’m on vacation. That was the point of getting them installed. I paid $85 for his services. I will never go back there again. It cost more to be serviced by Destiny. But, it’s very unaware to have tobe serviced by an Associate in her shop who hasn’t “mastered” his skills. I tried to post a picture but I can’t figure out how. If anyone knows how to post a picture with the review. Please comment and let me know.

I would use Tea Tree oil in my skin care routine and come to find out, it was the main source of my breakouts!Thanks to Monet I have seen drastic improvements in my skin. I can’t see myself going anywhere else for my esthetic needs!

Absolutely NEVER coming back here again. Went in to get my brows waxed just a clean up. The woman took half my eyebrows off and left one side very noticeably shorter. It took about an hour just get sat because it took her an hour to do 2 other women. At first I thought maybe she was just very particular about the way she does eye brows but now I realize it was because SHE DOESNT KNOW WHAT SHES DOING. PLEASE IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR EYEBROWS don’t waste your time and money. It was hugely overpriced and now I’ll have to spend the next few months letting them grow out to fix them.

I’ve been here several times to have my brows tinted and waxed since moving to Columbus last year. They do an amazing job giving me perfectly full, and shaped but natural looking brows which is just what I want.

I scheduled with Destiny for a brow tint and wax. I knew I wanted to keep my brows fuller and go slightly darker and that is exactly what I got. When the tint was done I wasnt sure if I loved it or not, but after a day of getting used to the darker shade I can say that I love it. The shape from the waxing is on point too.

Was nervous to get my brows tinted for the first time but Destiny was so sweet and very knowledgeable about what color and shape fit me. Love love love my brows and will be coming back! Thank you Destiny!!

I have been to so many places to get my brows done and they always end up messed up and awful looking.. no one EVER gave me a arch to my brows and they always took my thick brows to a thin brow.. destiny didnt she did an amazing job gave me a nice full brow with a beautiful arch. She really took her time and made sure I was happy.. she even added some powder to my brows so I could see what they would look like tinted. I now have a standing appointment with her for every 3 weeks and next time Im tinting my brows.. also her place is very clean and relaxed atmosphere.. love it!!

Overall it was a decent experience. I scheduled the 3 services for $45 (wax, tint, lashes) deal with complimentary Moscato. I was about 3 mins late and had to wait an additional 25 mins to be seen. I nvr receive the free moscato which was ok cause I was on my way to dinner. My eyebrows were decent but not how I’m used to. The eyelashes they used were very cute but they were cut too short and one eye looked weird besides the white glue still showing on them. Had to tweek my own eyebrows to give them the look of how I wear them. Parking was decent and the office was very clean which I liked and the music they played was good too. All in all I probably won’t go back but it was a fair experience and the 3 for $45 is an amazing deal.
