If I could give 0 stars, I would. My wife had my truck detailed while I was out of town on a work trip. After I got back, before looking in the truck, I started the truck with my remote starter. Instead of starting, the alarm started going off. I went outside to check on it and found the drivers side door open and the battery dead. I asked my wife about it and she said she hadnt been in it since it was cleaned. After I got a jump start from my neighbor, I looked around in the truck to inspect the work. The truck wasnt clean. None of the thresholds to the doors were cleaned. I had a fire extinguisher shoot powder into the cab a few months ago and that hadnt been wiped off. And there were still leaves and dirt throughout the interior. To add insult to injury, I sent an email complaining through the website, and the response was with some darker photos that the tech had taken saying that the interior didnt match my photos--implying that I was making the whole thing up. I could have done a better job of cleaning this thing in 15 minutes. For $211, they should have been working on it for at least 4 hours. And I could have skipped the dead battery and the time I wasted trying to deal with the business directly.One more quick update, a guy from this company messaged by company president through LinkedIn to try to... Im not sure what. Make me look bad? Get me in trouble at work? I dont remember ever having a worse experience dealing with a company than Sudsmen.

This was a fantastic service. It was like my car was put into a time machine back to the day it was purchased. It now looks brand new! If you take pride in keeping a clean car, I highly recommend using Sudsmen. If you dont already have a clean car its never too late to start. Youll be shocked at how much more pleasant driving becomes.I got the six month wax detail on the exterior along with a interior vacuum, steam, and wash. The difference is REMARKABLE; the mirror-like shine my car now has actually makes me proud to own it, and the fresh spotless interior makes it pleasant to drive.They are also cheaper than the other premium car cleaning services out there, but they do a spectacular job leaving the car totally spotless. It would be a waste of your money to go elsewhere, this is truly the best deal in town.

I love this service, such a great idea. My grimy, stained carseats looked like new in 20 minutes, and theyll come to your house or office. I highly recommend them and will be using them again!

I never leave reviews but this company deserves a few minutes of praise. With 3 kids who know how to wreck a van, Tommy now has our kids taxi looking like new. He worked his tail off for over 3 hours, scrubbing multiple rough stains that have been on seats for a lifetime and even cleaning sticker residue off of our windows. I have used a few other companies and Sudsmen is hands down the top dogs. Thank you to Tommy and Sudmen for a phenomenal product. I will recommend to everyone!

I had this stain for over a year. These guys came out and got it out in minutes. The cars interior looks and smells great finally. Very professional crew. best ive used in central columbus.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! Customer service was awful. I had a $189 gift card that I used when booking, but they only took $20 off my invoice. I called multiple times to try and get this corrected, but nothing was done. Credit card info was taken and charged incorrect amount after detail was done. I called again and was treated poorly over phone, though promise was made to fix invoice. Worst car detail experience I have ever had. Would not recommend to anyone and will avoid doing any business with them in future.
