I cannot get Customer Service to resolve my problem with the streaming of one of their products. The following is my most recent communication:Hello,This is my fourth communication, regarding an issue that remains unresolved.Its been close to twenty four hours, and I have not yet heard back from you. I want to reiterate that the freezings up of this video, in the same spot, continues cooccur for the third straight day. I would appreciate a response, and, more importantly a resolution. To review:1. I have used multiple devises2. I have used multiple browsers3. I have used multiple4. I have upgraded my internet, and Ive tried both my Verizon, and my phones AT&T5. I have cleared cache6. This has occurred three days in a row7. I have watched the video five or six times, in the past, and this never happened, any of those times8. I have logged in and off of your site and my devices more times than I can countMy suspicion is that there has been some contamination with the streaming of your product. Perhaps you should try to delete it off my account, and then re-enter it back.Again, it is the Gordon Ryan, Attacking the Guard, video #5, at the 1:13:25 (or so) mark.Right now, I feel like youve made this my problem, thrown our some easy (for you) solutions, and have washed your hands of the issue. Im asking you to take a deeper dive, and help resolve this issue. Ive paid a lot of money for many, many of your products. Even if this was the only product I owned, Id like to think that you are interested in repairing the problem.It might very well be that you need to refer my issue to someone with a greater technological knowledge of your service. If so, Id appreciate hearing back form someone who can help me.Im waiting for your response.

By far BJJ Fanatics has the best intellectual content of anyone producing BJJ DVDs. However, the DVD quality is exceptionally low and the shipping can be unreasonably long. For example, I waited four months for one order to ship. The high level of technical details mean I will be ordering again, but hopefully they fix their customer service issues.

Online content is well organized and easy to access. Being able to download videos really is great for times with no WiFi. Always great daily deals and discounts which increase the value of the already excellent product. I also enjoy the wide variety of instructors. No complaints from this satisfied customer.

Mostly great experience. Only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars was when I log into my account and click view my digital content, nothing is there. When I click on my order—I can view the digital content. NBD but it is confusing since what I bought was digital content. Seems like the accessibility should be more fluid.

Parcel showed up indicating I needed to pay 27 dollars for sales tax because order was worth 97 dollars. Paid less than that because of presidents sale, plus all other previous orders with DVD were valued at only 20 dollars on parcel. This amount should have been on this one as well because most of the cost is for the digital content not the DVD. I dont have to pay sales tax on the digital content only the DVD. Now Im worried the same thing will happen next time.

Electronic delivery is instant, content is superb and worth every penny. Online watching has the advantage of a table of contents, while the downloadable mp4 can be taken on the phone, etc, and watched anywhere any time.

No chapters, as it were. That becomes frustrating if you want to pick up at a specific place.This is my only gripe. It may seem trivial until you begin using it to train.

Love what this site does for the bjj community. I ordered a video tutorial. Only request is that the video be castable so I could watch it on my TV. Im sure its a limitation of the platform used. Other than that, Im happy and the only reason Im not giving this 5 stars.

The information on the DVDs is invaluable, however the DVD cases were warped when I received them. Im assuming they withstood a decent amount of heat during shipping and were not flat on something.

I have two orders, one a month old, the other three weeks old, and no sign of the physical DVD sets. They seem to sell physical sets that they do not have ready, thats the only plausible explanation I can think of for such absurd delays. Order only the on-demand format and download the MP4 files. That is pretty much the only timely way to have your personal copy of a course you are interested in. I will soon end up in a PayPal dispute, unfortunately. Other than that, content of the classes can vary from excellent (must see stuff) to so-so. Production quality can vary too, from 100% fantastic, best-in-business, to so-so. Sometimes the two guys interacting do not wear Gis of different colors, which is a basic mistake in a BJJ instructional. Other times the two guys re-do a move without changing the angle, so the re-do is useless. Overlooked quality issues as such can be very annoying for the price you pay for an instructional.

I truly enjoy all of Professor Farias videos. He has great explanations and understanding of all the techniques he demonstrates.

I purchased the battle tested half guard and then the battle tested pressure pass. Immediately I was passing people’s guard . I am a three stripe white belt and got by some pretty tough guardsthat I have had a lot of problems with. Lanky flexible dudes Who go inverted and all that silly stuff. I also passed one blue belt one purple belt and then got wrecked LOL and passed a brown belt but that was only for a second and just because he let me LOL. BTW I’m 47 years old and once you get in position with the pressure pass they’re getting winded and you’re just pushing. I’ve had a few successes with the single leg half guard. Also the single leg and grabbing the pants on the other leg seems to show up in weird positions and you can turn it into a sweep. That has been helpful. Additionally the pulling half Guard portion of the instructional has allowed me to snap people so hard with the Double collar Drag that I’m able to end up on top.I just picked up the full guard instructional and have a class tonight. All of the stuff has been helpful and effective. Thanks Bernardo for your clear and concise instructions.

Decent grappling instructional company that can be a bit hit and miss. Their early dvds like Bernardo Marias pressure passing, and Lucas Leites coyote half guard were highly anticipated. The problem with them was the production quality was reminiscent of someone filming them with a cheapo camera phone. Since the last year or so they have definitely increased their standards in regards to production quality and logical layout. I bought a Dean Lister instructional a while ago and when it got delivered, one of the dvds didnt play properly. I got no response from BJJ fanatics, even though I ordered a different DVD title and requested they ship another copy of the damaged one in the same parcel to save on costs. I got completely ignored! I had to put in a PayPal dispute and even then, they didnt reply. I ended up getting a partial refund which is not what I wanted, I just wanted an undamaged copy of the DVD I originally purchased.

I have found BJJ Superdeals to have some of the best prices and by far,the VERY BEST customer service. All questions and issues are answered/handled promptly/I highly recommend doing business with this company!!!

Digitals are better than DVDs

BJJ superdeals is setup like other daily deals websites. A nice thing about BJJ superdeals is that they regularly offer popular DVD sets at a discounted rate. For someone who is more interested in knowledge than getting a good deal on old clothing/gi inventory, I find myself checking this website more than the others. Good customer service. Will continue to do business with these folks.A minor point of feedback: it would be so great if the clock/timer would be adjusted to reflect the time zone that youre in. I sometimes find myself checking recent deals that had expired, wishing that I could still purchase something based on my local time zone.
