If I could leave a 0 star review, I would. My only two experiences with Maestranzi Brothers have been nothing short of awful. In 2020 they picked up my riding mower for a spring tune up and I asked them to go over everything on it; instead they sent it back to me with rusty dented mower blades that I ended up having to change myself. This year they picked my riding mower up in April for a spring tune up again, and now its currently the middle of JULY and I have no idea if Ill ever see my mower again. The office staff seem to know nothing about what goes on in the parts & service department because whenever I call to try and find out when Ill get my mower back, they immediately transfer me to a number that I guess is the parts & service department except no one ever picks up so its just a transfer to an answering machine which is as good as being hung up on. If I knew it was going to be at least a 3 month wait to get my mower back, I wouldve brought it somewhere else and in future thats exactly what Im going to do. Completely ridiculous how slow the service is and the poor communication from their staff is unacceptable as well.

Okay I have reviewed them before and said what a wonderful experience but the last two times I went there it was very disappointing. I needed parts for my lawn mower. They told me both times that I should just order it online and get it sent 2 my house. They did order one of the parts and that was two months ago and it still hasnt come in.

Brian was very knowledgeable and helpful. We brought our lawn mower to him and he was able to fix it quickly. He was also able to answer any questions that we had.

Bought a brand new snow blower and she broke the first day I needed it which made me terribly frustrated but the owner had it picked up and new one delivered real quick. He also matched a price from Amazon for some saw pants in the past which was a 50$ difference. So they have worked with me on more than one occasion which is awesome. Definitely recommend them.

They always seem to have the correct parts and information. Very efficient and organized parts department. Its worth paying a little extra for the OEM parts. I highly recommend them.

Ive been there a few times. The level of service and knowledge is exceptional. They would be my first stop when Im back in the market.

Wouldnt recommend them they sold my neighbor a 3000.00 dollar snowblower. The machine broke with less than a hour running time on it. All they had to say was the warranty has just expired 110.00 a hour to fix it. Machine is New.They dont stand behind there sales.This was an oversight they realized it picked up the machine and made good free of charge thank you . quickly serviced as well!

Stopped by to purchase the last Ferris ride on blower in the area. They could have easily gouged me but sold it to us at a very fair price, got it ready to go and had us out the door with it in less than 15 minutes. Very friendly, family owned business that seems to always have your back and really care about only selling you what you really need.

They complied strictly with the governors PPE requirements and they kept my spaces very clean. I couldnt believe how meticulously they worked, communicating with me through a range of issues associated with the complex layout and challenging aspects of my 1 acre yard, issues that required creative problem-solving and grit. These guys are the reason you should not buy everything from amazon. The have tons of knowledge and almost every part i ever call for. They might cost 5 percent more but i dont have to wait 2 days or longer to get what I need. Will definitely continue using them.

Expensive but they always have what you need

I like Maestranzi Bros. We bought two Ariens Pro model snowblowers from them. When we traded in our first one towards a larger model it went smoothly. I have since had to downsize because of physical issues and they no longer deal in Ariens. I know they have Honda Snowblowers which I think are probably rated the best on the market but the Ariens handles are higher than most other manufacturers. I am 64 and if Im outside for a considerable period of time, my lower back will stiffen up if the handles are too low. Its unfortunate I could not continue to deal with them because Ariens has the highest handles. They are not cheap but they do a really good job with maintenance on the product as well.

I stopped by today to pick up some parts to repair a snowblower we inherited. Bob was excellent! He was knowledgeable and very helpful. If he didn’t have the answer at his fingertips, he went out to the shop floor and asked one of the mechanics. It’s an older machine. :-) I never felt rushed and got all the parts and additional information we needed. Bob, thank you for all your help.

Charges 475 for a snow blower tune-up.(375 tune-up 100 pickup drop off fee) after taxes 500 tune-up for a snowblower.

I have been in there whether I am just looking for something in particular or for parts. Every single time I was treated with respect and a willingness to help with absolutely no pressure to buy. If a particular person doesnt have an answer they will find someone who does. Recently I needed a battery charger for my electric start mower (I eventually ordered it) and was ignorant as to how to remove the battery and how to make it work when I got it. Honest to goodness I had at least four people helping me. From the sales associate to the parts guys and a mechanic. All that over a battery charger for a mower that I hadnt even bought there! Since my horrible review ( below) I have received plenty of attention from the folks at Maestranzi. They promptly came and picked up my snowblower, and righted the wrong. I will continue using them. Thanks Joe!I have used Maestranzi for 20 years and until now never had a problem. This year nothing but problems. After $750 to fix it...my snow blower doesnt go in reverse, a pin broke immediately, other problems as well....Ive been waiting 2 weeks for them to come and pick it up, again.

These folks are up to date on all the latest Lawn Care Equipment with good old-fashioned Knowledge and Skills to answer any question you can throw at them. And they sharpen and balance mower blades so good you can shave with them!

They sell as well as service lawn mowers and snow blowers. Everyone there is very friendly and very helpful. Weve been having our snow blower service there for the last 5 years we bought it there definitely go back.

For the cost of service you can buy a new machine . Over filled oil on snowblower, lost hubcap on lawn tractor . Charged 5.95 a gal. for gas (2 gals.) Tank holds 1.7 and tank was empty when machine returned, couldnt even do a test run without going to more fuel

I used my snowblower this morning, it runs like brand new not bad for twenty years old.

All I had for information on my snowblower was what I remembered after looking at it as i walked by it . They were able to match the push nuts I needed to keep my wheels from falling off!!Thank you!!

They are great! A bit pricey for the purchase but they pick up and deliver for service free of charge! Thats worth the price of admission. I bought my tiller, snow blowers and lawn mower from them. After 7 years i had to have my snow blower serviced mice had built a home around the cooling fins and it over heated. I spent $600 getting it repaired and the next time i used it it died. I suspect the engine seized, they gave me $250 off any machine I wanted and tore up the $600.oo bill. Thats what I call good business. They also have nearly everything you need in stock for parts etc.

Sold me the most expensive machine and failed to tell me that youre not supposed to use it on gravel which after purchase says read in the manual. The owner has Made derogatory comments to me, hung up on me and told me I was a liar. I honestly can truly say I have never been treated so poorly with any business in my life.

Everything you need to your power tools but always pay top price even for minor parts.

I purchased my snow blower 19 years ago and have had nothing but great service every time Ive needed anything from replacement parts to free lifetime pick-up and return to fix any problems that came up. You cant put a price on that.I just purchased my new Honda lawnmower and as always they were there to answer every question and there were a lot of them. If your looking for cheap this is not the place to go. Try a BIG BOX STORE or the Internet, then try to get help when it doesn,t start. You can mail it back to China or junk it Then you can go to Maestranzi Bros. and get a quality product from a company that cares about its customers.

I called in late summer 2018 and the lady on the phone was not very friendly. I ask how much would it cost to have my snowblower tuned up. I was basically told they didnt want my business because I did not buy the snowblower from them. Based off if this call I would never do business with Maestranzi

Make sure you get the price from them before you have them do work. I bought a snowblower from them one year and the next winter they charged me half the cost for a simple tune-up. Rip off. Go elsewhere.
