After a terrible experience with a different Samsung repair shop, Richard at TV Video stepped up and resolved the issue with ease. Fantastic customer support, communication, and he repaired my TV flawlessly the day after he received the part. I hope I dont need another repair, but if I do, Richard will be the first one I call. Highly recommended!
