We needed to expand the footprint of our house so we could end up with more storage space, a place to park our cars inside, a shop to work in. Sounds simple but between the town zoning board and getting the design to work with the existing structure (someof it 1850), made the design not so simple.But Lidia and Pionarch came up with a great solution which we could walk through, up the stairs turn the corner into the new space and also see what it would look like from the outside. They explained it to the zoning board and the variance was unanimously granted.Ill come back and post a photo when it is painted.

We hired the Pion team to design a new home in Ipswich. The team has worked to overcome a lot of challenges including sloped lot, a host of zoning regulations, septic, budget and shall we say a variety of persnickety client needs.
