This was one of the best experiences Ive had with traveling in my life. I planed taking a trip to Hollywood for the past 2 years and wanted to stay in a magnificent house with a spectacular view. I never expected to rent a house and have a company take care of me throughout my entire stay. When visiting a new state with kids it can be overwhelming and just knowing they were there for any questions I had also added to my vacation all together.This was a very memorable vacation for my entire family. I am blessed to have found Nightfall and will 100% use them again for our next family vacation

This stole $3,000 of my deposit and mentioned to me to contact Airbnb and now I am trying to deal with them. I had my attorney write them a letter but they have not responded yet. All the positive reviews are fake and all the blogs they made themselves to fool people into thinking they are a big time company. Renter Beware. Do not trust this company.

I stayed at Carmen villa with the nightfall group. This location has a magnificent infinity pool with breathtaking views. I was blown away by how spotless the apartment was. Theyll be used again. Thank you again!

Couldnt be more satisfied.We have stayed with The Nightfall Group for a few times and I have to say this is by far the one of best hospitality experiences that I have had.The houses are spactacular, the service is quick and professional, constant personal attention.We rented a Lamborghini for 2 days and had a private chef come in for a dinner we hosted.All was erranged seemlessly and with ease.

The place we stayed was clean.The staff at Nightfall Group are quite resourceful.We had a great time and accomplished many many thingsWhen we check into the Beautiful House it was almost effortless, and we talked to the Host who was very responsive and gave us some life changing locations and experiences in LOS ANGELES we never even thought about doing. We was joking with the Host almost every other day and we kept getting amazing suggestions and Historical Landmarks and well we talked a lot on the phone.HaHaHaHa my family thought i was crazy until i took them too a secret hidden Beach by Malibu. Once again suggested by the Host.Next time Im going to really highly consider the high end car rentals, if my Wife allows it or doesnt notice until I Pick her up of course.

I originally had a reservation with another agent that was set 2 months in advance. I had 7 people flying in from the east coast and 5 people driving down from NorCal to stay at a house in LA. Literally, 3 days before we are supposed to fly in, the agent called and said that the property owner needed the house and that he had to cancel our reservation. I started calling other agents ASAP. After scouring listings, I came across the nightfall group and was put in contact with Chafik. He was absolutely amazing. He answered all our questions and was very honest and trustworthy (very rare in this industry). We ended up booking the listing on Thursday night for a Friday checkin! The house was amazing, clean and very modern. In the future I will contact this group directly before going through any 3rd party apps (vrbo airbnb). Only call out is that the nightfall group does not accept credit cards, must have cash!

My husband and I tried to rent a house from “The Nightfall Group” only to find out that the house is not even in Beverly Hills. We booked the house and then we got a message saying the house was not available and that they could get us another house on Arden in Beverly Hills. My husband found out that the house that he posted on Airbnb was a house that was in Dubai. Buyer beware of this fraud.

We just returned from our vacation in Los Angeles and had a wonderful time. We rented the 3 bedroom house with a pool in Beverly Hills which was perfect. The house has all of the amenities you need, you can barbecue on the back patio, swim in the pool and just kick back and relax. The staff was amazing. They really care about the well being of their guests. Highly recommend The Nightfall Group. We found this company on a referral from a friend who always plans his vacations with them.
