Quick response and really good customer service. Called him give me a jump start and he showed up right away. He is fast, reliable, honest and caring. His price was quite fair and he really tries to go that extra mile to get the job done and then some. Would highly recommend!!

Really bad service. Their manager gave me an estimated price for 100. I agreed but when my car was drove to the destination the towing man asked me for 300 and saying because it is complicated. But why it is complicated? It is very very simple okay? Just pulling the car onto the truck. Only 1.5 mile and they charged me 300. I telephoned several times and asked for the receipt and the list of the items of 300. However, a week pasted, until now no one actually cares me and helps me.

Came and replaced my battery. Nice guy, efficient service, good price on the new battery and installed so quickly. He was very knowledgeable with cars especially with my old Jeep.

I hit a pothole and it ruined my right front tire. Jesus from Lions Beverly Hills Towing was there in less than 20 minute. He was so very helpful and got me back on the road with my donut tire so quickly. I would have been lost without his quick and efficient service. He was very professional and I am grateful.

I needed someone to come change my tire quickly so I called and asked for a time estimate. They said the driver was near by my location and would be here in 15minutes. An hour later I called and they said he was 5 minutes away... another 40 minutes later I called upset and they had no excuse. I understand this is a competitive field and they wanted the 100.00 dollars to put my spare tire on but there is no excuse to make up false time limits. We all have to be at work too. Which is why I was willing to pay 100 instead of waiting for my AAA to come. Waste of money and time.
