Highly recommend working with the Robert E. Howell Group at Keller Williams Beverly Hills. Their marketing and negotiating skills are the best Ive ever witnessed. I have friends who have listed for a year with another realtor and let their listing expire. I referred them the Robert E. Howell Group and they were in escrow within 2-3 weeks. I can tell Robert sincerely cares and they put their clients first.

If Ahmad Nasr is the defining example if you will choose to work with KW Beverly Hills, run the other way. He was asked to fill out an application, which he did, but lied on many parts of it. Every time we asked for more proof, he said lets talk about it over the phone in an attempt to not have it in writing. He lied on his listed employment, listed himself as his own supervisor, lied on his income. Terrible business man, I can only imagine how terrible his brokerage services are!

This organization is responsible for cold calling cell phones of owners in our neighborhood, lying with the statement a buyer noted your property, and attempting to capture listings. They call evening and weekends. I will never work with this group.

We had a really easy and fun experience finding out Venice beach apartment - very much credited to Julie. Shes amazing! Very informative as well as responsive with any questions we may have had (which were many). I cannot recommend Keller Williams Beverly Hills Realty highly enough.

My boyfriend and I moved to LA from New York and were very thankful we found Theo Petelov! He was professional, friendly and worked diligently during lease negotiations. We are extremely happy in our new home and could not have done it without Theo! We have recommended him to our friends since then and they have also been nothing but thrilled with his services. I would not do business with this office. They are deceptive on there prices. They list one thing online and tell you something different when you contact them. They are also very rude and condescending if you are to speak with them. Vlad & Natalia Gold insulted my intelligence and degraded me. This has to be the worst costumer service I have ever encountered.

Been an agent here for almost 10 years now, keeps growing in size and deals. Watching agents outgrow themselves and become teams is great. One of the nicer offices in Los Angeles. Just dont book lunchtime meetings unless you are walking here

My Fiancé and I moved to LA in hopes of finding lodging in a convenient location. We were blessed enough to have the opportunity to meet Theo Petelov. From the very beginning he was extremely kind and professional and treated us with the upmost respect. He was more than happy to answer all of our questions and leave us satisfied with our visits to the properties. I sincerely cannot recommend Theo enough. He is everything you want in a great, trustworthy realtor. Now my Fiancé and I are happy in our new home!

Avoid Victor Ahn. For lack of a better word: LIAR! Does not follow up with a buyer for his seller. We tried to purchase a property he had listed (not sure why anyone would use him) in Torrance. We tried to get simple information and he would not follow up. One of the worst experiences we ever had. Wasted our time and money for days. I will avoid any property he has listed

Keller Williams brokerages are very low class in general but this location is even worst. I went to this location with my sister and her husband to meet their real estate agent after they received his post card in the mail. Agent introduced us to their team leader Josh Spitzen and they both agreed to sell the house with higher price possible in 90 days.Agent called my sister on day 86 and forced her to accept the offer which was $250,000 less than the market price and promised her to find another house for them in the same neighborhood. They couldnt find any place and my sister and her family ended up living with my parents until they find the new home. We reported the problem to DRE but they couldnt do anything because agent promised was verbally. DO NOT TRUST THIS LOCATION.

I am an agent at KW but a different office and i can tell you that these people are nuts. Pretty bad and they are the ones that give KW a bad name. If i was a client, i would never give them my business, ever. Maxwell is the worst by far as an agent, i am surprised she still has her license.

The agent kept lying to me that he is waiting for the survey and that he will have answers... for 3 weeks. Thats unacceptable.
