I LOVE this nail salon. They are so nice and accommodating and the manicures and pedicures are consistently great. They are much more affordable than chains like Bellacures, and their customer service and nail services are far superior.

Rushed service with very poor quality and expensive. Also the women there have an attitude issue on the top of the poor service

WORST NAIL PLACE I HAVE EVER BEEN TO! They will rip you off and not even give you the service you ask for. They gave me a different price when I walked in and than the guy tried to charge $76 dollars when they had said $51 when I walked in for dip powder.. he didnt inform me of this until he had already started working on my nails. When I told him I did not want him to continue, he than told me he would do a filling for $41 and all he did was paint over my nails with old nail polish. I have never left a nail salon so disappointed. He also didn’t even check if I was satisfied, he just finished painting my nails and walked away... my nails look awful and are not even correctly painted...😡 DON’T GO TO THIS PLACE! Worst service ever!

I do not write bad reviews about salons ever. But I felt compelled to because I hope this will stop another customer from going here and being disappointed. This salon will change the price from what they tell you when you walk in - to the time you finish the service. The quality of service at this salon is not what the prices reflect. If there is anyone wondering if you should go here - genuinely, dont. You will not be happy. I swear.

Honestly the worst place I’ve ever been to. I asked for infill for my nails they said it would cost $40 and then tried to charge me $76. I said that’s not what I was told- so he said he couldn’t paint my nails properly and charged me $56. They look horrific I wish I could post a picture. He’s painted the most sloppy French manicure - and not even properly refilled the nails. They look bumpy dirty and uneven I hate them and feel so upset. I complained but he’s not even made them any better. DO NOT GO THERE

I have gone there many times and it was a nice experience. Today was horrible. They hurried us,it was hot in the salon, no hand or foot massage and no hot towel. What happened ?

Worst place to go in Beverly hills.Went there for a mani pedi. To start with, staff was very rude and they were speaking in their language all the time which is really unprofessional for a place you go to relax.The pedicurist started taking my gel polish off and she clearly didnt know how to even do that, so I stopped her and told them I didnt want a pedicure. The manicurist did an average job but was very rude.

This is the only place I get my nails done. Im happy with it.

This place is a rip off. Period. The staff sucks because of the fact that they always are talking and for a mani pedi they charge 55 dollars with a massage?

I walked in, cashier argued with me, threw my money at me, and was very rude to me.
