Unfortunately, the owner is deceptive, dishonest and basically a crook. He is not honest and lies about UPS flat rates or even basic rates as he would like dispute it should have been a flat rate. NO problem as when I get to a printer I will print the UPS page and provide it to him. . I first stopped in to ask him is he could ship USPS as the US Post Office on S Beverly Post is closed Saturdays. He stated yes, they when I took my packages to the store for shipping and asked him again about USPS he said that I need to use UPS and suggested that I did not know the difference. REALLY? I am 68 years old and absolutely know the difference! I paid him a total of over $230 and went back after the last two boxes totaled $98 to inform him I looked up prices on UPS.com and saw they had a flat rate for boxed under 50 lbs - especially for 5 DAY GROUND shipping. Please know I weight 98lbs and am 5’1” and carried my boxes of clothes over, one under my arm and the small one in a Rite Aid bag, so the boxes did not weigh that much. I went back, and he said shipping charges have increase and his service fee is 10%. That was an untruth as I had the pic of the UPS site on my phone with their charges. I remained calm as there was nothing I could do after realized I was taken advantage of.I am well aware there is a service charge for non-UPS certified shippers or stores, but my calculation utilizing the UPS site revealed a 50% service charge on my package shipping.I had a gut feeling about the transaction as how could any place or person who has items to ship frequently be able to do if three boxes (one not received as yet after 6 days) were $141.54 and 2 boxes today were $98 and both times I carried the boxes over in basic Whole Foods bad and one under my arm.I should have gone to an actual UPS store and that is my mistake.A suggestion is to NEVER use this shop for shipping.

The owners, Afshin and Fay, have remained open throughout the pandemic, making sure customers had access to important mail, while at the same time always remaining upbeat and positive.Every time I show up to pick up my mail or use their services, it feels like I just walked into a warm and welcoming home of a good friend/family.For all these reasons, Ive been a customer for 10+ years and have recommended Mailbox Times to several friends and business partners, knowing theyll receive the same great professional service along with the personal touch of a local family run small business. Over the years I have had many mail boxes through out the United States….I have been a mail box holder on Charleville for many years. The owners are an absolute a delight. They always go out of their way to help you when needed…The owner happens to be a licensed notary which is very helpful and the husband and wife team operate a first class operation.

I’ve had a mailbox here for over eight years. I love the fact that they offer a regular address versus a post office address. I’ve been incredibly happy with the customer service that I have received. Afshin and Fay are definitely my favorite business owners in Beverly Hills they are incredibly warm, friendly and very professional. It’s definitely a one stop shop. They offer mailbox rentals, packaging, notary, fingerprints and you can also get keys made and all with a warm smile. I highly recommend Mail Boxes Times!!

I have been using Mail Boxes Times for well over a decade. It is run by one very friendly and efficient family. They go out of their way to help with the many services they provide, including mailboxes, all sorts of mail services, stamps, and Business Card Printing and they sell a good selection of greeting cards. They have a notary public on-site, they take passport Photos, and they cut keys. They are open at convenient times and mailbox access is available 24/7. Of course they have a Beverly Hills address which doesnt hurt. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED !!

Fay and her husband are the friendliest and most neighborly people I know. Their customer service is unbelievable! They always have a smile and a nice word! I feel like a member of their business family! I have been here over 10 years and look forward to the next 10. I have three or four friends that get their mail here. Owners who operate the place are super nice people, they have been always taking care of me and if I have any complain they take it serious and investigate, I have been renting a mail box for the last year and half and so far Im not planning to change or go anywhere else .
