Can’t say enough good things about the staff at this location. Jessica at the front desk is super friendly and helpful, couldn’t ask for a more welcoming experience! My technician was efficient and informative about what to expect. Definitely recommend LaserAway! The professionalism + kindness are unmatched :)

Lili, the Director at Laser away at the Robertson location was very kind and extremely professional. She went out of her way to make sure that I was very satisfied with my treatments...and I was!Alex my nurse was also excellent. She gave me concierge service, always checking on me and making sure that I was comfortable during the treatments. She is a true professional!The facility is very clean, and all the staff were amazing. I will be returning!

Terrible overall experience. Long time customer who will not return. I scheduled an appointment for Juvederm Lip filler, the appointment was interrupted a few times where my nurse had to leave the room to tend to another emergency? Also, the nurse explained to me how she had no experienced and that she was nervous doing the treatment, shaking the entire time. I did not let her finish the service and asked to be rescheduled with someone more experienced. Now they are having me wait two weeks to get my lips fixed!! They only did my upper lip so as you can imagine it looks terrible and Im supposed to be attending a graduation next week. They will not refund me and they have not offered anything to make up for their mistakes... oh wait just kidding they offered me 10 units of Botox for the inconvenience only after I complained. On top of all of this their customer service has been slow and awful. Now after I wait for two weeks to get my lip injections I will not be able to get my touch up because the juvederm will go bad. They have inexperienced staff in the medical rooms including at the front desk. I would not recommend this establishment to anyone. This is your face and body. Beware

Started off having a really bad experience, guess it was the Los Angeles location that was calling me, not the Beverly Hills location. Lily from the Beverly Hills location called and fixed the situation. I am so happy that she called. I recommend go to the Beverly Hills location if you need any services .

I was so happy to get rid of my legs hairi used my groupon that i got for my birthdaybooking was little hard but eventually we came with a daythe place was super clean and they are covid safeim so happy i choose themthank you girls!!!!!

Front receptionist with short black hair is super rude. Not friendly, kind, or helpful at all. This is the worst laser away location I’ve been to in LA. Every other location is super friendly. Better off going to SEV laser, way more professional and accommodating. Last time I book with this company.

Money hungry establishment. Unknowlegable staff. Less than adequate equipment. Waste of money.First, lets start with the generic pictures. This place is essentially a factory that gets you in and out. The pictures on google of the interior arent even of this specific location.Second, lets talk customer service. Kassie and Marie are the only personable people I had the pleasure of dealing with.Lastly, and most importantly, I got tattoo removal done yesterday and no...just no. As someone whos had several treatments done elsewhere, I can assure you they have limited equipment and less than knowledge staff. Holly did my tattoo removal and couldnt even remember the exact frequencies their laser machine offers. Omg Holly! There are only 2 frequencies on your machine! Theres not much to remember....and oh yeah, its your job to know! In todays day, most tattoo removal companies boast the ability to remove all colors while warning you that blues are harder to get out. They told me they could try but they couldnt get blue to come out and said simply, blue never goes away. Of course not, not with the machine youre using! And for the price? You should offer a capable machine and practitioner.I expect tattoo removal to hurt. I expect it to frost. My tattoos on my knuckles are already faded from previous sessions. It felt as though Holly didnt even go over all of my tattoo and from looking at it, I can see where she missed spots. She rushed me in and rushed me out. I was not given a print out with aftercare instructions and I had to ask her about post care which she seemed indifferent to discuss.I came here because the lady who had spent a lot of time with me at a different tattoo removal company is now overseeing Laser Away. I came to her in 2009 after experiencing paradoxical ink darkening. She found the right wavelength to use to reverse it. That company also had more than 2 settings for wavelengths. I have spent years trying to find someone I can trust because of the hell I went through with the paradoxical ink darkening. She helped me and I wouldve gone to the end of the earth to get removal done by her and only her but since she doesnt do removal anymore and only oversees her staff, I figured her recommendation was the next best thing.You get whoever is available. There is no guarantee youll see the same practioner twice so forget about consistency.Laser Away is basically the puppy mill of the cosmetic treatment industry. All puppies look cute at the store but you never know what youre going to get.Please see my before and after pictures from 2009. Blue does come out if you have the right equipment. They didnt even touch the blue. Note: this is not their work. My knuckles will most likely look completely unchanged after the treatment Holly provided. Holly who is supposed to be one of their best has only been doing it 2 years and part-time at that.
