Sophie Wax is the only place I will go for waxing services. Arina is so kind and professional. She makes what should be an unpleasant, awkward experience totally easy and painless! Its easy to make an appointment and theres lots of street parking around the location too.

Great experience. I was in the area travelling and needed a wax, Arina was very quick to respond to messages for an appointment. At the salon she was very friendly and the salon felt very comfortable and clean. Id definitely go again if I ever come back to this area.

There was subcutaneous bleeding which resulted in a bruise immediately during my wax. The skin was not pulled taught, and I can recall the exact moment it happened because it hurt a lot (and I have a high tolerance for waxing-induced pain). Although, I shrugged it off until I got home. The bruise stayed for a week. I reached out to the owner and waited days for a response. I would return had the owner accepted responsibility and apologized, but she never did. Been frequenting Sophie Wax for almost a year. Will not be returning.
