Prime went out of their way to make sure we were happy customers. They patched several areas where we had removed walls and cabinets. They sanded, stained and finished the entire first floor. They taped plastic all over the built-in cabinets and doorways and even the stairwell so it really didnt make too much of a mess and the crew was very good about cleaning up everything. The floors look amazing and we are thrilled!

Highly recommend!!!! Reliable and honest. I listened to the estimator suggestions and my floors came out awesome!!! Very honest company and YES I would no doubt no question recommend and use them again because honesty and knowledge was there. And to me that is a true diamond in the rough.
