This woman (Andre Duchesneau) left me completely retraumatized. She made me repeat my traumatic experiences over 5 times because she doesnt listen, nor does she seem to have empathy - which is why she questions everything over and over. I let her office in Beverly Hills more stressed, more anxious and feeling completely humiliated. I went to her for EMDR. When I left I was so broken I had to immediately call my therapist to repair the damage she had done. She is also very unprofessional in how she conducts her practice. I never write reviews but I hope this prevents any more emotional and psychological damage from happening to anyone else.

Don’t go to this woman! I went there for the first time and booked 8-9am session so that I have time to come back to work. She was completely unprofessional! I have been to several therapist and know all the standard thing they have to tell you if you are a new patient. She didn’t even bother to tell me that our conversations is confidential! She didn’t ask me all the first session standard questions. And she was LATE for about 10mins! She kept talking the same thing over and over again and dragged the time to 1hour 30mins with ignoring I reminded her the session was over and guess what, she charged me two sessions!!! I was late for work so I was anxious at the end and didn’t want to fight her so I just paid and left ASAP. And also I think it’s cause my trauma I couldn’t confront people. But later whenever I think about this I feel like I was took advantage of and manipulated into the situation, because she knew traumatized people has hard time to confront others. Now I already found another awesome therapist who is professional and nice.

She is absolutely the best. She helped us transition into our first experience for couples therapy and has been guiding our journey as a couple since then. Truly remarkable experience. I highly recommend her-- We are very excited to see her on a continuous basis and we leave her office truly feeling refreshed.

With her help, I made an enormous improvement, and I haven’t relapsed since!
