My husband got us Wrapped In a Cloud Signature Spa robes and they are gorgeous! For me the combination of sleek microfibre outer and towelling inner layers make them snug, comfortable and adjust to the temperature beautifully. Im 56 and I love the way the long length of the L/XL looks and feels. Elegant and fabulous. They wash really well too. So pleased with mine!

I had the WORST experience with this brand. First, I paid for 2 day priority shipping during the holidays only for them to ship it to me a week later without giving me my money back for the extra cost. I called them multiple times, no answer. They took forever to email me back and it wasn’t until I mentioned cancelling my order that they finally called me back. I ordered a monogrammed robe and when it came in the writing was HUGE and took up the whole side. I was hoping for a nice robe with delicate writing and this looked horribly cheap for the amount I paid. I will never give this brand a DIME of my money again! This was supposed to be a Christmas gift and the whole experience was a let down from start to finish.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! I would give zero stars if I could. The product is low-end with a high-end price. Honestly not worth $5. Customer service is unhelpful and rude- in no way are they trying to rectify the issue. My wrapped in a cloud experience has been nothing but wrapped in an absolute cloud. My yummy pink bathrobe (made by my best friend for me) is nothing short of an awesomeeeeee time and a MUST HAVE item after my bath/shower. My roommate/best friend even engraved best friends on the back of our robes in my favorite color. A fantastic gift item for anyone.
