I have rented from Olympic Rent A Car on multiple occasions. Based on other reviews there has been a concern on faulty service. This is not something Ive experienced at all. I mainly rent convertibles for trips my wife and I make in the area, and though Im not their top client, I still feel I get greeted very well and I have never experienced any discrepancies in the price I was quoted and the price I ended up paying. It was the same. It is a service industry and a customer should get the same service whether they have thousands or millions of dollars. There are many places renting exotic cars and I have rented from many of them, but Olympic is the only place Ive rented from more than twice and I have no reason to not rent from them again. I know you cant please everybody, but Im very satisfied with the service provided. I mean, this is not Budget or Alamo, and these are expensive cars to rent. Only thing wrong was when I had booked a Porsche convertible and they called me close to the rental day to say it wasnt available because the customer who had it before me had damaged it. Well, they made up the damage by giving me a more expensive car for the same price I was quoted for the Porsche. That is pretty good service in my book.

My boyfriend and I recently needed a luxury rental car for the weekend and came here. From the moment we arrived we knew we had come to the right place. Wonderful! I recently rented a luxury car - they delivered it to the airport for me, it was waiting exactly where I needed it to be. I was able to leave the car when we were done, and they picked it up later. They couldnt have had better customer service!! I highly recommend!

Before renting, I read some of the negative reviews and I was a bit concerned. I am happy to report that I had a very pleasant experience with Jason. He seemed to me to be an earnest individual. He also upgraded me to a nicer convertible which was greatly appreciated. My only experience that kept this from being a perfect experience was I tried to get in touch with the office on Sunday morning to see if I could extend the rental a few hours. As luck would have it, no one called back so I just returned the car at the appointed time. I would rent from them again while in LA.

Mcdreamy, Alan and Addison are the best. The service is amazing cars are always washed cleaned and ready to go. They are the most accommodating rental company around! I rent for fun and have been for years and let me just say this guys by far are the best!

I just wanted to let everyone know that I had the most pleasant experience at Olympic Rent A Car! Im from out of town and had to make reservations for a car while I was staying in Los Angeles for about a week. Since I didnt have a way to get to my destination to pick up the car, they had a driver pick me up from the airport. As soon as I got off my flight they were already there to pick me up. The driver took me back to the office so I can fill out my paperwork and take off in the Camaro that I really liked. I highly recommend that you rent a car from Olympic Rent A Car. I am going back to Los Angeles in about 2 months and will definitely be renting another vehicle from them. Thank you so much and see you soon!!!

Had a great rental experience with Olympic, I rented a car with my international license,other companies are a hassle when it comes to internationals. They were really helpful with that and easy-going especially Andrea. I will definitely rent a car with them every time Im in LA.

4.5 stars, communication spot on and no hassle as an international hire. the drop in stars was the Camareo SS, what a dog of a car but thats not Olympic rent a cars fault. Car was a new, clean and in good order but just not very good, hire the Audi S5 its a much better car.I want to add the guy waited as my flight was delayed and was happy to see me after the 2 hour delay.

I recently rented the 911, drove it in LA for a couple days and then drove it to Vegas..... from the start to finish Olympic was amazing. Highly recommend!

Just finished my 4th rental at Olympic and I would certainly recommend them. The cars are always in great shape and my experience has been good with the staff. Twice the cars I rented were not returned when I got there, but I was upgraded both times to nicer cars, once from a Cayman to a 911 and once from a Cayman to a SL550 - at the same price. That is very fair. Also the car rental prices for these vehicles is a good deal. Try to rent a 911 at any where near their prices.I am a retired engineer. living in Orange County and they didnt even ask me to write a good review.Ed L

Anytime were in LA we love using Olympic, theyre diligent in the reservation process and are very prompt with dropping off the car right at our door step. Highly recommend!

I had booked an Audi S5 many weeks ahead, Once arrived in LA I received an email saying the car has not been return and is booked for a longer period. I was not happy but they offered me a slight discount on a BMW 640i which I took but is heavy and slow car. General experience was good and yes I would use them again but with fingers crossed that desired car would be given.

Have rented there twice, both good experiences although on the second rental of a 911 there was a big dent in the rear bumper that I was not told about prior to picking up. I let that slide.Made a third reservation for this weekend. Today I was told the car I reserved is being kept longer by the person currently renting the car and I was out of luck. No discount offered on a comparable model, no free miles nothing.In the luxury business people arent always motivated by the cheapest price, service is important. Why lose someone who will make 10+ rentals because you refused to give them even the smallest accommodation, seems pretty short sighted.Wont be renting here again.

My wife and I rented a Porsche Cayman while in LA for business last minute. They were easy to work with, the service was great, and when there was some confusion with the return of the car, they accommodated us even though the confusion was probably our fault. We will be back in Jan 2016 and will be renting from them again. Overall great experience!!!!!

Thieves! Rented a car on my honeymoon to drive from LA to Vegas and paid extra to leave it in Vegas and they would pick it up. Came back to home to find out they had charged me more than $1500 on top, they made false claims the GPS was missing and we had smoked in the vehicle. The GPS was built into the dash and I dont smoke. After a dispute from overseas with Visa the only option would be to fly back to the states and sue them locally which was more then the extra charges. I cant stress enough how dodgy this company is. Who else have they robbed? Id give them a zero but it wont register my review. BEWARE!

I love these guys! I have rented a car from them at least 5 times over the past few years. They have always been really helpful and accommodating. I have even changed cars in the middle of rentals when I havent liked one or got bored and theyve been amazing.Jason is always really quick to respond and I love Addison! He delivers the cars to the airport or hotel and I look forward to seeing his smiling face after a long flight.Theyre very straightforward and run a tight ship. I wouldnt hesitate in recommending them. Ive never had a single problem with their cars which are all latest models, clean and well-maintained. Ive had the Camaro, Lexus, Merc E350, Bmw 428 and others.I go to LA at least twice a year and never look anywhere else.

We hired the Camaro 2 SS. It was a great car and we thoroughly enjoyed it. Andrea was absolutely fantastic, efficient and a real pleasure to deal with. Everything was so easy from booking it, to collecting it, to returning it. They offered us a great service with their driver Addison who handed us the car on our arrival at the airport and collected it from our hotel the day of our departure. I want to write in and share my experience with Jason from Olympic Rent A Car. I had phoned in trying to rent a Mercedes S 550 for the weekend. I talked to Jason and he gave me a good price.When I went to pick up the car the price he told me no longer applied. It was now $143 more for no good reason. He was rude and said thats the price - take it or leave it! I left the office and I went online to look up this company. A lot of people had the same problems.Bottom line - do your research and READ the reviews on Yelp (the filtered ones are all fake, written by the company). Do not trust this company - they will scam u every which way!

Been renting here for a few years now. I used to rent from B&W rental down the street but I switched to these guys on a whim one day. The same people have worked there and Ive never had an issue. I get picked up at the airport instead of taking a dirty cab, the car is always clean and ready to go. Ive seen these other reviews and Im not sure if they are written by competitors but I havent had a problem. Ive rented the following cars: Escalade, Range Rover, Cayenne, Panamera, Q7, GL450, RX350, etc. When I want to rent a car now I just email them, get a price, I get picked up, its like clockwork. This isnt the place for you if you just want a cheap $29/day car but if you want nice cars and convenience then you cant beat it.

Ok, here is a Real review. I took names and descriptions of my whole trip and the car rental was an intricate part of my trip.I landed at LAX and met Addison with A sign that had my name on it in Baggage Claim he walked me to the car and off we went to the office in Beverly Hills. Met Sean in the office and by my surprise they did not have the Porsche Boxster that I wanted. They offered me a couple of other cars but they took care of me and upgraded me to the Porsche Carrera at no extra charge. Wow that was awesome. I was in and out in 15 minutes driving down Olympic Blvd with the top down and back in LALA land. I dont know what the other guys are saying but I had a Great Experience! i would use them again.

These reviews are 100% fake. Jason and his employees rip people off. I was another one of the victims and I wish I wouldve listened to people on Yelp who mentioned it. Do not trust this company.
