I usually go to a barbershop to get a haircut but Nick hooked me up. If hes still available I will definitely be back. Highly recommended.

This Supercuts will have certain products(shampoo, conditioner) when many other outlets do not. I found some conditioner I could not find anywhere, not even on Amazon. This place had it, and it was cheaper than list price.

Got a good basic haircut from Adelee. (I might have misspelled her name). Price is reasonable. It was done within 15 min.

The haircut was nice and fresh, but the worker who took care of me had a very hands off tell me Ill do it approach, and wasnt really warm or welcoming. Good for a fast and easy cut overall, but not a place to go if you want a chat while you get your cut.

Appointment was at 6:15 pm. I was at the location at 6:00pm. Took me 10 minutes of driving to find a spot. It is 6:40pm now, and I am still waiting. One man came in without appointment. He was a friend of the older lady doing haircut. He said himself he was around the area. The older lady told me it would take two minutes and then it is my turn. Very disappointed.

Just moved to the area and trying to find a nice place for a hair cut. Came here and don’t have any complaints besides parking! The lot here is really small and finding parking is really just luck of the draw. But the haircut was quick and easy, staff was welcoming and nice, and all for a decent price.

Piece is on the high end. Not really consistent with the quality. Some barbers give good hair cuts some don’t. Same barbers at some days give better than other days. Not consistent. Staff is friendly and place is busy.

I used to always go to an expensive haircut place in downtown Beverly Hills to get my hair cut. I decided to try out Supercuts for the convenience of it being close enough to my home, so I can walk there, and I dont have to make an appointment a week or more in advance. Since my first visit, I have had several different stylists at Supercuts cut my hair (some with the oddest looking hairdos of their own). Yet I have always been pleased with the results and I have no desire to return to that old expensive haircut place in downtown Beverly Hills.The appointment app has a flaw though, in that if I try to make an appointment too late in the same day, it is disallowed by the app, yet I can still just walk in late and usually still get a haircut at the last minute without using the app, which I did just yesterday and it worked out just fine.

Was there to have my daughters hair cut. They helped us right away and Karla did exactly what she was asked to do. Final result was beautiful!All employees were friendly and helpful on a Sunday just after opening. An excellent rating was justified by their fine work.

A nice friendly smile greeted me walking in, was told that someone would be with me shortly. They had me in and out in less than a half hour. Fast and friendly service is what they are all about. I will go back and I hope to see you all there.

I have been going to Roxane in this location for many years. I highly recommend her. Entertaining, knowledgeable and fun and you get a perfect hair cut at the end too. She is a great lady.

Abit pricier then most, but maybe it really is location location location. service was on point. my son and i both got cuts and very happy. the lady (dont know her name, but she was a little short) had a great attitude and made us laugh. if im in the area, id stop by again.

Make an appointment. Parking was not a problem. Roxy did a great job. If I lived here, she would be the one I would go to on a regular basis.

Roxie cut my hair today--Super Tuesday, only $17! Roxie is really nice and friendly and took an extra few minutes to show me how to style my hair--I can tell she really loves her job. Im really happy about my haircut, and it only took 25 minutes from start to finish!

This is the busiest Supercuts in the nation. It’s small but efficient. Temo was one of the best at haircuts but unfortunately he left.

Very reasonable in cost and give good haircuts

It is really frustrating to walk into an open business and get told they are closed. To add to the deceit, they tell say you must call in advance when you know that is not the policy. I hope this place gets new management that appreciates long term loyal customers. Lying to customers because of staffing problems and laziness is such a turn off.

I was visiting from Dallas, Tx - son needed hair cut. A good deal for a place for walk ins, easy access if you walk there from hotel (tho parking is poor ) . Decent pricing, friendly staff.

Great service not so great cuts

It is apparent that the people who work at this particular location do not like their job or they dont want to do the job. It felt as if someone is chasing the lady who cut my hair. She refused to fix my side burns unless I paid an additional $10. I truly found that obsurd!

The woman with the red hair kept giving me the evil eye, she just gave me a really bad vibe and I felt very uncomfortable around her, and the bald man who cut my hair wasnt cutting my hair the way I asked him to( I was very specific} because he was trying to hide where he ruined my line-up to the point I would have to shave it all off and start from the beginning, he also left my hair lopsided, he kept saying it would look weird, it would look weird but he kept trying to rush me so I would leave already and he could go on his break, I know because I asked, while he was cutting my hair when his break was, and he said I was his last client before he went on his break, I felt very disrespected, and unregarded as an individual and paying customer. I am never getting a haircut there again.

Best place to get blow dry for long hair.

Receptionist is racist and rudeWaited 45 mins after appointment time she deliberately let other people go before us and when I asked her about it she got mad at me. When it was my turn she said she doesn’t know my name even through I checked in when I got there. She also used profanity in front of my 6 year old child when I asked her how she doesn’t know the name when have an appointment she knew everyone else’s. Felt discriminated at this place.

Great location, the front desk girl is rude, she never smiles. But the staff who cut hair are pleasant. Do not go here on Friday and Sundays it is packed.

They do a great job here.Sometimes it busy but they get you in and put for a reasonable price.

Basic men hair cut for $25

Left so mad. The lady there wanted to charge me $40 to untangle my hair. Never have i had an issue with any hairstylist to cut or untangle my hair. Put some conditioner and comb it out, ive had it done and done it myself plenty of times. Then she talked about cuttinf straight through some tangles....NO! Clearly they dont know how to deal with hair over a couple inches

Decent haircuts, but it is hard to find a good person. It is very hit or miss, and I would recommend not going during busy times so they do not rush your haircut

I dont know what happened to supercuts. I have had 2 bad haircuts from them. I had one bad one on overland and then came here to beverly hills to get it fixed. They cut with exactly same lines as the bad haircut. I tried today to get the manager to fix their mess and she said she didnt understand how to fix it. Never again!!

The stylist Tanisha was exceptional and provided wonderful service, The issue was with Roxanne who was rude and unprofessional and with the manager, Topez who could only say Hmmmm when I called to share my experience. If it was not for Topez and Rozanne, it would have received 5 stars.

This place is the worst. Scheduling means nothing to the staff —call ahead of time, give name and phone, doesn’t matter. They won’t call you to let you know your time slot has been moved out an hour. Unreliable, irresponsible, that’s how I would describe the staff.
