This is probably THE worst company Ive ever worked with. I dont even know where to begin if I could give this company zeros stars I would.The technician that was assigned to my claim had the worst attitude and did not wear a mask. Let me give a little back story.My fridge and microwave have been inoperable since I started the process at the beginning of November 2020. The technician has been late the 2 times he was here previously and as Im writing this is late a 3rd time.When diagnosing the fridge he said nothing was wrong which clearly wasnt the case because it continues to leak water. As far as the microwaves concerned the panel and power doesnt work so they needed to order a replacement part and contact my home warranty. Needless to say they didnt.Now months later my home warranty is trying to replace both the fridge and microwave but need MS Appliance to come and pick up said appliances.I have NEVER been so dissatisfied with a company and urge EVERYONE to stay away.Your fellow citizen.

Terrible service. Dispatcher is discourteous. No follow-up. I first dealt with them thru American Home Shield. They came out told me what they say is wrong with my fridge and said they’ll order parts and call me, but told American Home Shield there was nothing wrong and closed the ticket. Terrible and dishonest.They installed a new ice maker and it stopped working in less than a month. I called and they won’t call back or come out. Don’t give them your business.

Unbelievable!!! the repair actually broke the refrigerator by charging the seal system when I only had a broken fan. The company refused to repair the damage stating they dont work on seal systems funny bc you tore my refrigerator apart to work on mine! 3 repairmen later over 65 days no help from insurance still no refrigerator. Dont think this company is legit, poor service, rude, no integrity and destructive. Please use YouTube before you consider using this company!

Demitri came to my home under my home warranty service through American Home Shield, he is unlicensed and stole $75 from us. He did not return for repairs and will not return calls. he is UNLICENSED and uninsured. I have turned him into the state contractors board and the better business bureau. He is a scam artist.

I was referred to this company by my home warranty plan AHS and was very dissatisfied. Dimitri came to my home and did not touch the machine only stood with his arms folded watching it fill up with water. He later informed AHS that the problem was the motor which was not true. Do not use this company you will not be happy.
