This was the simplest process I have had. They took care of everything for me and all I had to do was make sure my house was presentable for the showings.Having both bought and sold homes I understand the savings in realtor costs this process affords the seller. As a seller I had the buyers realtors showing my house as long as I provided them their fees. I was able to save enough money to put in a fence at my new house and pay off some bills as well.The lawyer was with me at closing and answered all my questions that I had so there was no confusion to what was expected of me at the closing.
