The pool and hot tub were great! The staff was very nice.I tool my granddaughter with me. We were celebrating her 19th birthday. The only problem we had is that we got a room close to the pool and we both had our allergies act up. I have asthma and coughed the whole night. I think there may be mold somewhere, like the air vents. The room was very clean and the beds were comfy.

Positive: Close to interstate - driving truck pulling trailer and wanted to avoid complex turns. This was great value for money. We stayed here on way to get our car and enjoyed it so much, we stayed again on the way back. Pool was perfect temperature. Negative: Only suggestion would be to offer a softer, smushier pillow. Otherwise, it was great. Offered in room coffee, snacks downstairs, Starbucks in hotel, and great parking options for us pulling a car trailer. Very friendly staff.

Positive: Very good location to use for exploring the Quad Cities. The water pressure was adequate. Parking was fine. Negative: The first room we went in to smelled like body odor, so we requested and received a different room. The new room was somewhat better but still kind of musty. I expected breakfast to be provided but they did not, and no explanation given.

The amount of in room coffee was (no pun intended) was wesk Negative: No USB plug-ins, the refrigerator was undersized inside but it was also as the shower pressure was weak. The lighting was intense, too bright. Would of been nice to have a dimmer switch or 3-way sockets or have a couple of lower lumens

Positive: The staff was very nice! Great central location close to restaurants and casinos! Negative: The original room they have had not been cleaned. But they were able to give us a new room that was. Originally they had just sent someone up to strip the bed for us to stay in and didn¿t actually clean it so we requested a new room.

I had to make an unexpected trip and needed a hotel to stay in last minute, we were recommended this hotel and they had a room available. The staff was nothing but friendly and helpful however we did run into a few problems in the short 10 hours we stayed.Room was not clean, had not been vacuumed, the mirrors had splatter marks on them, there were items from previous guest behind the bed, and there was a thick layer of dust on most surfaces. Those things did not bother me as I just needed a place to sleep but when I woke up I discovered blood and urine on the bedding, that was not from me. The staff I discussed this with did offer a partial refund but I was never offered an opportunity to talk to a manager.Over all if the room was clean I would stay again.

My fiance and I stayed here for a night (Friday, 9-17-21), and I can say that this hotel is gorgeous! I immediately felt like a fancy rich person upon entering and everything appeared immaculate. Im rating 4/5 though because we were really looking forward to using the pool/jacuzzi area, but we were unable to because a huge family of 10+ people were using the entire area for hours. We mostly just wanted to soak in the jacuzzi but there were like 5 small children swimming and splashing around in it. The family also made it clear that they did not want to share the pool area, so we left in our dry swimsuits. Not the hotels fault, but it did put a damper on our plans. Also, our room keys did not work after receiving them, so we had to head right back downstairs. Again, Im not angry at the hotel over this, Im sure this just happens sometimes, but I was already cranky from travel and carrying a ton of our stuff lol. Great hotel overall, and we will stay again in the future!

Positive: It was right off of the highway, which was convenient during a road trip. Negative: Walls are thin - could hear room neighbor snoring. Mask policy not enforced at all, even in lobby. Room had a pet odor.

Watch for hidden fees! They leave water bottles in the room & charge you $5 a piece for them. They offer you coffee without telling you the price & there is no breakfast included. Also, when I asked the maid for a few towels she said they were out. My carafe in the room had mold in it & they were supposed to bring me a new one & never did.🤨

This hotel is dirty. Garbage sitting outside right when you walk up. They charge full price and advertise restaurant even though it’s closed. Carpets are dirty and it smells dirty. Pillows on the bed smelled like someone’s head. TV remote falls apart so have to many turn on and off and turn channels manually. Would give it one star but the bed was ok. Pool and hot tub are tiny so don’t plan on using it if your looking to relax because it’s packed full of people.

If there was star less than 1 I would have chosen it. We have stayed at Sonesta’s a lot while traveling and on roadtrips without much issue. This place was awful, there were people partying all over, in the halls till 4am. We tried to enter the side door at 10pm which was by our room so we could unload after a 12 hour day driving and people were in the doorway doing drugs, would not move to allow us to get to the keypad, drinking and being very loud. Our neighbors were in and out of the room every 2 mins till 4am, people banging on the door, being loud. Maybe dealing drugs? The front desk tried to do something but never was successful. I slept in my truck.

Dirty rooms and air doesnt work. Got moved to to another room same issue. Stayed there for my mothers Funeral weekend and was the worst experience. I wouldve got another hotel but I was locked in from a travel package. I told front desk my experience and I havent heard from them. Never again will I stay there or recommend 😪

Beds are soft and comfy, hotel is very clean,pool is heated hot tub is fantastic, staff is great and so nice and very accommodating! The only 2 suggestions I have is microwaves in the rooms are needed and instead of powdered creamer for coffee in the rooms you should look into the little disposable cups of liquid creamer you can get in gas stations. Other than that I will be staying here again!

Maybe were in the vast minority, as a lot of visitors have left a good review but our familys experience at this hotel was unfortunately below average. I try not to expect a lot or be unreasonable, as it’s a cheap hotel, but the pool & hot tub were disappointingly shut down on Saturday into Sunday, for maintenance; we never had a room cleaning in the 2-day stay (or fresh towels). We were staying with a larger group, and I would have expected a little more attention to some of the details.

We actually did not stay at this hotel but we did book with them and later realized that because of covid the swimming pool was closed and we were coming with 4 children. Even though we booked a non-refundable room the manager graciously fully refunded our room price and we were able to book with another Marriott on the Iowa side of the river with open pools. We appreciate the fantastic customer service and will continue to book with Marriott and will book again with this Residence Inn when covid restrictions are lifted.

Staff was super kind and very helpful, and everything was clean and well-kept. However, we felt that for the number of people staying here, there were far too few staff available to meet the needs of guests adequately. We realize they were intentional about how and when staff were cleaning, etc. due to coronavirus. That was one problem: one person was covering the front desk at a time, and they were required to check people in and out, run the bistro, fold towels, open the pool and fitness center, answer questions, etc. We would give them 5 stars if we felt like they were properly staffed.

I had made a reservation nearly 4 or 5 weeks before our trip. I was bringing a family member to Davenport for an Attorney meeting. A week before she had a fall and was taken by ambulance to the hospital. Where she remained 4 days. We then were concerned with therapy. The LAST thing on my mind was our trip to Davenport! I didnt cancel the hotel room and much to my surprise the hotel fee was debited from my account! Im a senior citizen on a fixed income and not expecting this-really was a negative impact on my entire month! Even after explaining I have yet to be reimbursed in all or even part of the charges! I expected better from Marriott.

Quiet and clean

Very dated with small rooms and they dont even provide coffee - they sell it for 3 bucks. And their pricey coffee landed me with a mouthful of grounds that took 20 minutes to wash out lol (seriously) On the positive side rooms were cheap and staff was very friendly and helpful. I would stay again in a pinch but definitely would try to find another hotel first.

This was a kind of hidden gem. The central courtyard is peaceful and beautiful. The rooms were clean and the service was great. Wed been on the road for over a week at that point, so had cause to use the laundry facilities. The machines were heavy duty, clean, and worked great. (I know, but if you ever do need them, its good to know theyre there, and its an indication of the management of a hotel when they keep less-reviewed elements of the hotel clean and in good working order.)

Positive: The staff was great had the oppurtunity to talk with at least 4 of the staff all great.

No restaurants within walking distance and the parking was only available in the back section.

The family sweet was nice but the customer service was very poor. No Continental breakfast or welcoming accommodations. I have never been in a hotel that said no to me so many times.Had not ironed out details with paying party to receive me as a guest without hassle. Two positives: good indoor pool and nice reception staff.

The lobby bistro is spectacular. Theres a decent selection of Starbucks and the food, both dinner and breakfast was terrific. Plus the staff were all really nice and helpful. Only complaint is the room was not very clean. I found a used paper cup on the edge of the tub behind the shower curtain and the plumbing made very odd noises all night.

Nice hotel, very much enjoyed my stay. The few downsides were minimal, but enough to drop some stars. Hotel itself is casual but nice (and generally clean). We had an adjoining room with some extremely loud and angry strangers that spent most of our second night screaming, and the sound carried. A lot. Their pool area is nice, but not kept very clean. We found towels floating at the bottom of the pool and elected to stick with the hot tub--mercifully towel-free.That being said, I would stay there again. Dont let my three stars deter you. :)

OK if youre looking for 5 star luxury, this is not the place BUT it is a very well appointed moderately priced hotel near anything youd want to do in the Quad Cities. Good parking. Clean. Nicely decorated. Real glass tumblers in the room. In room mini-fridge and.coffee maker. Iron and ironing board. Very nice toiletries. AND, electrical outlets on.the wall on both sides of.the bed, something rarely found in any hotel. Little shop by the front desk for snacks, drinks, and sundries. Free easy to connect wifi. Free breakfast. Food and adult beverages in the lobby Bistro. STAY HERE.You will not regret it.

I recently stayed here about 2 days ago and I was pleasantly surprised about the quality of the place. I travel a lot for my job but I dont put much stock in hotel brand names primarily cuz Ive stated at some really good name brand hotels that havent been that great in the past. The beds are specially soft and comfortable and the room was very spacious and pleasant and clean. if I had to say one thing that was negative in particular it would be that they keep putting a hold on my card. two days after I left there for about 20 bucks and I would have thought it would be gone. Im hoping that will clear soon enough though it was a very pleasant stay and I wouldnt mind staying there again.

The staff at Courtyard Bettendorf was very courteous. The check-in process was quick and easy. Our room was modern and clean. We didnt use the lobby but it seemed nice. I would definitely stay here again.

Went here for a professional event. Walking in, the place looks very classy. The staff was quite friendly. Got a meal from the hotel with my event. Pretty damn tasty. Overall, pretty impressed.

We attended a fundraiser for Toris Art of Hope at the Courtyard. The space was perfect and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The conference room, lobby, and restaurant areas were all very clean. There was ample parking for the event. It was wonderful!

Really nice staff. Everyone was always so pleasant and made sure to say hi to you or wish you a good day. Everything is clean and well-decorated. The only thing I wish is that it was in walking distance to more places but thats hard to find in the suburbs. It is, however, within very close driving distance to lots of good restaurants.

Room smelled very musty/moldy. It seemed to be coming from the carpet. Bed was comfy though.

Amazing place to stay for a reasonable price. Great pool/spa area and bar/bistro area. The fitness room was small but had everything we needed. The lobby was spacious for my large family and I was able to use it for business work late into the night. All staff that I interacted with was friendly and helpful, especially Laura who attended the bistro/bar.

I went to check out the place for a friend. They showed me two different rooms, the pool & hot tub, the exercise room. They have Starbucks and a little place to eat. Very clean and the staff...Ivy and Laurie were so helpful. Ended up buying a gift card for my friend to have a get-a-way weekend.

We have stayed here a lot and really appreciate the clean rooms, caring staff and cafe for breakfast.

Great staff! Horrible EVERYTHING ELSE!!! $7.00 a bottle if you use the water they leave in your room for coffee. No complementary coffee or tea. You pay those prices at least you should get that. Beds very very uncomfortable, room was stuffy. Couldn’t open the window enough to get some fresh air. Pool was way over chlorinated. Terrible experience.
