We paid $3800 for some improvements on our business website. Jason estimated 2 weeks and after 5 months we ended up giving up and had to move to a new developer. Very non responsive, uneven behavior by them. There was always an excuse. DO NOT work with them. We could not emphasize this more.

They decided us over one year ago, kept our money, produced no product, took advantage of us moving out of state, and we are still hoping for a resolution.We have talked to other dissatisfied clients that reached out to us to inform us of having a similar experience.

They did a great job putting my website together!! Jason and his wife really put alot of effort into bringing the vision to life. They are also very truthful and upfront about everything, which really helped me trust that they had my best interests in mind.

QC Total Tech has been successful in meeting all of my techy needs. They are very friendly to work with, they understand my needs as a consumer that I myself may not even really understand, and their response time and turnaround time are excellent. I would highly recommend the QC Total Tech team!

Irrational excuses as to why they felt entitled to keep the full payment of the product and refused to meet their end of the business agreement. I suggest exercising detailed examination of their contract. Ours offered no warranty, no refund, and apparently no commitment to deliver. We have decided to escalate the conflict into a legal matter and request an investigation from the FTC regarding their business practices and their compliance with Goggle Adds. The FTC considers illegal the practice of omitting honest Reviews, since March, 14 2017.The opinion this couple had about their local clientele was discouraging, to say the least. On my second visit, they told my fiancé and I (A LOCAL), that local people were stupid, and that they would have a hard time even understanding our profession and Methodology.Our Organization is dedicated to help persons with Life Threatening, Family Crushing, Chronic, Addictive Behaviors and Mental Disorders, but last years actions from Jason and Emily left us in the air with upcoming presentations to potential donors and members.It is also interesting that they claim to be in business for 16 years but they had no reviews before the one we posted last year. WHEN WE QUESTIONED THE LEGITIMACY OF THEIR REVIEWS AND THEIR REVIEW ACTIVITY, NEW! 5 STAR REVIEWS WERE POSTED.***EXERCISE CARE!!! Manipulating Google reviews to avoid exposure is illegal. Last year when we posted our first review some of our friends were unable to access them and read them.
