I took a day off from work to help my mom choose a cleaning service for her condo. An agreed upon time was 1:30, yet Merry Maids never showed up or called to cancel the appointment. When my mom called to question the reason for not showing up, Tammy hung up on her. I would not recommend this cleaning service if they cant even show up for a scheduled appointment.

Absolutely fabulous. I have been blown away by the cleaning of Maria and her helpers. They even dust my blinds! In two years of service I was never disappointed.

We were moving out of our rental property, the house was almost completely empty. We hired Merry Maids to come clean three bathrooms and one kitchen. It took them 4.5 hours to clean an empty space.I had to go by the house that evening and I found soap scum everywhere in the showers. They had the nerve to say that my husband and daughter were there so they must have used the showers. All THREE of them.This is uncalled for and lazy

I have been using merry maids for 8-10 yearsI have always been completely happy with their work. They are willing to make changes if I need and clean to my standards.

After spending days getting packed and working on renovating our house in preparation to move across country my husband and I decided to use this service to help with the final touches before listing our home. We went with the deep clean option and we were left disappointed and feeling like we should’ve just pushed through and did the cleaning ourselves. The cleaning was subpar at best, with blinds being neglected and I guess walk-in closets aren’t part of the cleaning services. The next morning when the sun shined through our windows they were smeared and looked horrible. When I spoke to the office the day of the cleaning I mentioned the freezer not being cleaned which they apologized and didn’t charge me for the refrigerator cleaning. When we saw the windows the next day I called the office to complain about how bad they looked. They offered to have the ladies come back to clean them, which we accepted. The office assistant then called us back to explain the freezer situation saying it wasn’t cleaned because there was food in there and they cleaned the refrigerator because there wasn’t food in it. This was untrue, there was food in both compartments. There was no communication between the cleaners and myself at the time of cleaning about this, and in the hubbub of everything I didn’t even think about the food being in the fridge for the cleaning. I was never told it needed removed, even when I scheduled the service. Because they called us back to tell us it was our fault the cleaning didn’t happened and how poorly the initial cleaning went we decided to not have them back and just finished the job ourselves.

We have just started using Merry Maids and were very happy with the initial cleaning. Not that we were not happy with the 2nd cleaning, but it is my understanding that at least one room would be deep cleaned with each cleaning. I dont know which room that was the 2nd time (they were there 1 hour and did not leave a message saying which was deep cleaned). Hopefully this was a fluke.

We have Merry Maids do a deep clean of our house once a year and they always do a great job. The first year was just a few days before our wedding, they were so sweet, they left a congratulations card on the table for us. I have always been impressed with their work as we have 4 dogs so it can get messy pretty quickly. My husband and I both work a lot so it is hard to keep up!

They did an amazing job after we moved out of our rental home. Absolutely worth the cost.

We appreciate the timeliness of the maids arriving at at the scheduled time and the quality manner in which they perform their jobs. They take a professional approach and are very courteous which we value in an agent of the business we choose to enter our house.

So I found this quite the diappointing investment. They told me they would be there by 2pm. I was at my lcal bank and got a call at 1:38 stating they were in my driveway. Im sure I was charged for their time to just sit. The office manager estimated about 4 hours for a deep cleaning. What they did was such light cleaning that I am nearly angry. I had to dust my dining room chairs, a small end table, the outside of my tub and my doors had never been touched. The kitchen cabinets were wiped over with a wet cloth. Cooking spatters are still there. The glass over my end table had glass rings on it until I did the job right.What they did I couldhave done and saved myself the money. No one has any pride in their work product anymore. A 4 hour job got done in less than 2 and a half. Dont waste your time here unless you dont care either

I called Merry Maids, and had an appointment for someone to come look at my house to give me an estimate. The guy who came out was very nice, and kept me up to date that he was running 20-30 minutes late. However I was disappointed because I was supposed to get an email from the company with an estimation, and I never received that email. It was frustrating to schedule an appointment to be home to let someone into my house, and then never even receive an estimate or follow up.

Decided not to go with him overpriced

We were very disappointed with the Merry Maids cleaning of our new home. They missed cleaning multiple surfaces in cabinets and appliances. They also significantly overcharged us for the shoddy work and refused to alter our bill. We will never use their services again!
