I am so happy with Fruit Fixer, they were able to get my tablet fixed and shipped back to me in less than a week. From absolutely destroyed to good as new. I stressed the importance of having my tablet for school work and the person I spoke to was very cooperative. They are attentive to customers needs and resonably priced. These guys are wonderful!While camping I accidentally got my iPhone XS wet. It completely stopped working. I foolishly had not backed it up in 8 months. I initially took my phone to Best Buy and asked for help, without even looking at my phone they told me there was nothing that could be done. I then heard about Fruit Fixer from a friend and figured Id give it a try. Blake helped me from the beginning. They took the phone apart and found standing water in it. By the following day they were able to get everything off of the phone (8 months of pictures and videos!).These guys are lifesavers! I ultimately worked with both Blake and Jason, both were extremely pleasant, responsive and overly helpful.I highly, highly recommend Fruit Fixer!

The volume on calls I was receiving had been dropping so low (even when all settings were on max) that to hear the caller, I had to put the phone on speaker every time. Went to the store, Jason was very helpful and replaced the part for +|- $50. He also made recommendations on the ZIZO sound systems they have in the store which I bought from him.I would recommend this store if you need work done on your phone and I would also recommend you ask for Jason, he was truly great and pleasant as well.No doubt I’ll return to that store if I have phone issues.

My sons cheap phone had a broken screen, so I took it to fruit fixer after positive past interactions. The repair was covered by insurance, otherwise Id have done it myself. After the replacement the tech who replaced the screen let us know that the frame was bent and might cause issues later. Ok, fine, its a cheap phone. After the repair my son had no cell signal at school or most other places. My wife took it back in to have it looked at under warranty, because I knew they had done something wrong. The salesperson told her that it was impossible that the frame was bent because they always replace the frame and that the poor reception issue was caused by a damaged sim card and refused to look at the phone. A few days later I was back in town, so instead of arguing with the experts at fruit fixer, I opened it up to investigate. Surprise surprise, their tech forgot to plug in one of the antenna cables. They also mangled one of the spring contacts on the charger port board, hopefully I was able to bend it back into shape.We liked fruit fixer when they first opened, but the fruit has spoiled. Next time we will take our business somewhere else.

Great experience with our iPhone repair. Jason is an outstanding employee and wish I could speak to owner on how good he managed the store the last few days. People coming and going, yet he was polite and did his best to manage the volume of questions and clients coming in. Repaired our phone and answered so many good questions. Kept in contact with us through the process. I took business cards to refer people to him.To the owner: as a business owner myself, good employees are hard to come by. He’s a keeper. 😉

I had a poor outcome with Fruit Fixer. Anyone who has an apple product I DO NOT RECOMMEND! They are NOT authorized by Apple and once they take your screen off Apple will no longer support the device and turn it off. I had to get a whole new phone. Then they blamed me for my phone not working. I left for two minutes with a working phone and had to turn around.Also if you’re local the same person that owns Brady Mart owns Fruit Fixer. Sketchy Products. Not authorized.They didn’t fix my speaker and still required payment and broke my phone.Wish I could leave no stars.

I went in for two problems with my Macbook Pro and discussed fixing both issues (they decided they would determine the problems on their own without consulting me). After waiting two weeks for the part to be ordered and repaired, I finally made another call to check on it (they never once called me for updates). The manager, I believe named Mark, was extremely rude and unprofessional to me after I was upset for him lying to me about the estimate. He never apologized and I ended up having to take my laptop back and got perfect and quick service done by Computer Evolution. Go there instead!edit: I previously gave them one star, but after the owner called to follow up on the review, I believe I would give the business a second chance. He was very professional and sincerely apologized for the situation. This takes a very caring business owner to do.

Everyone makes a mistake including businesses. Its how they follow up and resolve a mistake that convinces me to come back or not. I started out needing a charging port with my iPhone 8. They said it would be an hour so I said Id run some errands. I came back a couple of hours later and they were still working on it. I waited another hour or so and the manager came out and said they would have to send it to a lab. I was not happy primarily because during this time I was left in the dark. A simple update or information regarding why it was taking so long would have helped. They then offered a loaner while it was sent off. During the next couple of weeks they did call and kept me up to date and resolved it with a very nice replacement phone. They charged me for the original service (new charger port) I requested. As I said, the reason for a 5 is their follow up. I will return knowing how they handle problems.

Mike V. helped me find a work around when the home button on my sons iPhone 6 quit working. I made an appointment online but stopped in to see if I could drop it off early and they were very accommodating. He also replaced the battery and fixed the front-facing camera and microphone. HIs customer service was excellent. The price is reasonable and about what I expected. I couldnt have asked for better, quicker, or more personable service. Thank you, Mike!

I took my brothers phone to get his charging port cleaned and a diagnostics ran on it. Came back with just the port so no extra needed work, the guy Mike that serviced us was very polite and on point with doing his job. Only took about 15 minutes and he knocked $20 off my order, I will be returning in the future.

Just had my pixel 4 screen repaired there by Noah. He swapped out the screen, but didnt even try to clean the dust off the front camera lens because it normally doesnt do any good wed need to replace the camera. I would have understood if an attempt was made, but it didnt work, but to not even try is just lazy. It would have taken 5 seconds with a can of compressed air and an alcohol wipe and it would have been 1000x better than what I got.The Protection Pro screen protector is also kind of a rip-off. It was $25 with the screen replacement and it came preinstalled with bubbles. It was on the screen for a total of 30 minutes before I accidentally peeled an edge up a bit swiping from the side of my screen. It sticks about as well as a window static cling. (which it very well might be) Definitely not worth the $25 I paid when you can get a 4 pack of tempered glass ones from amazon for $10, doubly not worth the $30 they usually charge.This is probably the best place in Davenport to go to get your phones repaired, but their service still could have been better.EDIT:They must have been having a bad day yesterday. They missed attaching my microphone properly so I had to go back today. The service was much better and he even cleaned out the front camera and apologized for not doing it yesterday. They replaced the screen protector and told me this time I was supposed to let it sit for a few hours before I used it. That was probably my issue yesterday. They get a star back for much better service today, but still lose one for having to make multiple trips.

Mike and Noah were great! Brought in my wifesiPhone 11pro max to get fixed. They were professional and explained exactly what was wrong with the phone. They turned out to fix it same day and was able to save all the pics and replace the screen like new. I will be coming here for any phone repairs I have in the future

I went in with my custom PC with an issue that no one else could solve for cheap. They ultimately came to a decision to wipe my PC and restore the OS, as it was the only option. They had the cheapest price out of all the other places I called by far, and got their diagnosis to me significantly quicker too. They called me at least once a day to give me updates, and told me exactly what theyd be doing. They were also very friendly and informative when they called. When they wiped my PC, they called me and asked specifically which files I would like backed up, and they got all of the ones I asked for back onto the system with no issues. Everything works great now, and I wont have to worry about anything else OS or registry related for a very long time. I will be coming back if I have any issues in the future.

Bought a phone from them went out of town for work found out the speaker was blown so I had to buy another one so I could hear people tried taking that back they said no refunds but said they would fix it so what the hell am I going to do with two phones

Took my iPhone in there for charging problem and after 3 weeks and $78.00 was told it was fixed and phone still does not charge...i got ripped off By them....

I have gotten my phone fixed here 4 times with reoccurring problems. The quality of this place is horrible, I have spent so much money getting my phone fixed just for it to break again on its own. If you want your phone to get fixed I recommend batteries plus. The staff here are very nice and understanding, but very inexperienced and not professional.

They were amazing! Responded right away and we’re extremely courteous and answered all my questions. Fixed my back glass on my iPhone XS Max and its amazing the price was great and they did it right away! Would definitely recommend!

Great service. Replaced batteries on both a Galaxy Note 8 and a Galaxy S8 today for my wife an I. Batteries were in stock and things only took about 20 minutes per phone. Definitely saved me a lot of money, over buying new phones, and everything was done in a timely, professional, and honest fashion. They even honored a veterans discount for both replacements and fixed my charge port on the house! Cannot reccomend these guys enough!

My new phone had a cracked screen, and a couple complications within the phone. i went to another store and they said they couldn’t fix it. i came here and they got the job done quick, fast, and sufficiently.

Although most people would complain if they were in my shoes because my phone was unable to be fixed.I have a Google Pixel 2 that I took in to get repaired from a broken screen.Unfortunately not all repairs go the way customers want them to mine was that case.However my experience with fruit fixers was great.I personally would like to thank Mike for his professionalism and honesty and Joey for being there when Mike wasnt around.These two guys were able to assist me with a replacement.I would highly recommend this place to any of my friends and I fully intend to go back if I ever have any other issues.Thank you once again guys for everything you do.

Stopped for a new battery. The gentleman were very pleasant. Tested my old battery first to verify that it really did need replacing. After seeing the results, l asked that they go ahead and within 15 minutes or so, while l waited, it was replaced, offering me bottled water to enjoy during the time. I will definitely returnIf any further repairs or replacements are needed

They did a great job of thoroughly explaining damages and costs. Often, tech places like this do not have great people skills, just technological skills. FRUIT FIXER does a great job of both. They are extremely competent with what they are doing, but also do a great job of relaying information back to you in terms you can understand.

I would rate this lower if I could. I was hoping to find a local company to repair our company ipads and iphones as needed since we are in a line of work that tends to be hard on their devices. I saw this place had good reviews so I went out of my way to take an ipad with a cracked screen to be repaired. Dont bother making an appointment online, they are not honored. I drove there for my appointment to be told their internet was down and they had not received my appointment. They could order the part needed though. They told me they would call me in 3-4 days when it arrived. I gave them extra time but when it had been 8 days and I had not heard from anyone, I called and found out that the part had been received. So I make another appointment to drive 35 minutes to drop off the device. He told me it would probably be done that evening but give him until the next morning. No problem! I was busy at work the next day and he called that afternoon to let me know my device was ready for pick up. So I made another 35 minute drive the NEXT afternoon to pick it up, but he came out and told me something was wrong and it was actually not ready yet. However, no one called to let me know that before I took more of my time from work to drive over there AGAIN. I then receive a voicemail 2 days later telling me that the technician hit a piece on the motherboard and is now not working and has to be sent in for a repair that will take 1 - 1 1/2 weeks. Last week, when one of the guys cracked another iPad screen and asked where we get these repaired, I sent him to Batteries Plus and had it back right away. This whole process with Fruit Fixer took almost a month to get a cracked iPad screen replaced!!! DONT DO IT!!!

Its vendors like these for whom Google should start a zero star rating.I brought in two iPhones. They replaced both screens. They next day one started cracking. It was in the case and there was no impact to the phone. It was clearly a workmanship or material issue. They refused to stand by their work. The employee got snarky about it calling it user damage.I just called my credit card company and had them refuse payment. Go somewhere else.

Samuel was a great help in getting a temporary replacement screen working so that I could transfer my data and apps to my new phone. He went out of his way to provide a great service. IPhone completely locked up on me. All passwords & codes mostly forgotten, I thought there was little hope that the phone would be fixed with most of the data intact.After my Landlords recommendation, I chose Fruit Fixers to try to do anything that was possible. I had little hope, until I met Mike, an all knowing, all functioning Software technologist who had the patience of a saint and was magistrate of the business, Mike. He gave me hope. Each challenge he worked his way through or around to conquer all and finally succeed over 2hours before business closed that day.I was ELATED! Mike recovered. Nearly all of my lost data! Took in my iPhone 7 that had a bad charging port. Mike knew what the problem was instantly and it was something minor that he fixed on the spot. Great service and the only place I’ll go to for any phone issues from now on.

They were able to fix my IPad at a reasonable rate. Had a slight problem with the home button the following week and they are fixing it at no charge. Will definitely use them again!

These people don’t just do the “i-fruit” products!I had a problem with a Lenovo tablet and the USB-C charging port. They not only agreed to take a peek at it, but only charging a very reasonable diagnostic fee, cleaned and straightened the pins rather than just replacing the port. Sure, that’s still an option if issues crop up again, but I was absolutely thrilled about the honesty and integrity.If you are having a problem with an electronic device, give them a call and see if they can help you out. You never know...they might just surprise you. They did me! I now have them on speed dial!

Warning!!!! Stay away from this merchant. Does not stand behind their work. I had an iPhone 10x repaired for a broken screen, when I got it back screen started going black. Took it back to store, they told me my phone was dropped....it was not. They told me they would give me a $10 discount to pay to have it fixed again. Person took my phone and took multiple pictures without permission. By the way, I am an agent for US Cellular.

Screen fixed very quickly a couple months back. Recently phone wasn’t charging right, had to hold cord into the port. Joe fixed it in less then a minute, no charge. Wasn’t broken, just needed cleaned after 3 years. Embarrassing for me, but they run an honest business with trustworthy employees. Will return once I break my screen again.
