Renter this poor house 566 forest Road east moline. It was horrible house of my life. Never used the basement till I left. Cracked wall and flooded all the time. Owner was very cheap to maintain his property and charged me $800 after I moved out. Really needed money to upgrade her old house thats ready to fall. I dont advice anyone to go in this house. I have proof. Pictures and videos from my first and last day. I could have sue them but I forgave them. But if they try they will meet my layer at court.

Steve and family/ management were an amazing, very professional crew that took very good care of our rental property. The place was beautiful.

Have yet to have our dishwasher to be replaced as of last year NOV2020. Sure offered to do it myself, but their rapid telephonic response is non-existent, and now that the virus precautions are being lifted then maybe they might come and do their eff’ing job.

Never answer phone call or return them until it have something to do with rent

My partner and I are new tenants renting through Ace Property Rental. So far our experience has been positive. We have really enjoyed working with Steve who has been responsive, friendly and efficient throughout our whole rental process.

I am the client who used Ace Property Rental as a management company. I used them for 5 years and they were great! Always had my rental income deposited on time, and monthly and yearly tax statement on time. Everything was great until tenant moved out and i took property back to work on it and do some updates. Hardwood floors in kitchen are badly damaged and when I let them know about it they came back with a response of normal wear and tear and that tenant was good renter. I let them know that it was NOT normal wear when there is gouges in floor. they tried to offer me $250 to cover costs. I’m sorry but 250 does not cover a hardwood floor plus install. Now they’re ignoring my emails and not responding to me. At first I would have highly recommended them and now with this little bump in road that costs them money they dont want to take responsibility.

If this is Steve Henson that manages these properties, then I highly recommend not renting any properties he represents. Not professional at all. He may have his hands tied with the owners controlling what he can do. So it may not be all his fault. Just going by our experience.

Get there on way to work one car in front of me... wait 20 minutes and nothing happens.. happens all the time.. go elsewhere
