The app is fantastic, convenient, and accurate in real time. Give yourself about 35 to 45 minutes ahead of time when ordering through the app. Way better than calling for an uber or lyft; you have the option of paying with google pay, debit/credit, and (wait for it) cash in the car. Yes you can order a taxi through an app and have the option to pay cash. The drivers are also excellent, professional, and go above and beyond for you. The dispatcher is and remains courteous at all times. Great ride. Hey are you guys ever stationed at Syosset train station?

If you have an important appointment or want to make on certain time to get a train from the station, dont even bother booking them . They wont show up or will be so much late without warning you

They will NOT get you to your destination on time. Dispatchers will quote you one arrive time and the cars can arrive up to 1 hour later with no explanation and a horrible attitude. Many of their employees act like theyre doing you a favor providing basic service instead of treating you like a paying customer. The fact they ran a near monopoly on taxis in the area for so long is a disgrace that deserves investigation.

Dangerous! Cab drivers stop short and swerve into other lanes to try to cause accidents. Be careful driving near these guys, they will try to scam you!

Can you give a zero? George smokes like a chimmney so you cant even go in to ask for a cab. Dont know how he has a job. When Bus or James ran the place there was always a car at the Rail when trians came in now he has no idea when a car will come. I always like supporting local business but waiting for over 40 minutes is ridiculous.

The fares may be good but the wait was horrendous. Cancelled them after a 50 minute wait.If I could give zero stars I would.

If I could give them zero stars, I would. More than once they’ve cost me my train ride. This is unacceptable. When I call for a cab to the train station, and you are still not at my house 30 minutes after my first call, you’re just a liar when you say “he’ll be there any minute.” People are reliant on your services for a number of different reasons. Never again. EVER.

Twice in the past month I arrived at LaGuardia airport with a reservation for a pickup and there was no cab! The first time they said the driver went to the house instead of the airport, the 2nd time they hadnt sent anyone. Had recommended them to my neighbor prior to this and just learned that she had the same experience!

I was not sure about getting an Uber from LI to JFK super early in the AM. So I booked ahead, confirmed, and then the cab shows up 17 minutes late. It is your one job to show up on time. Totally unacceptable. The Uber pulled up simultaneously. I called an Uber after waiting 8 minutes with no call and saved money to boot. Never again.

Bad service. Use the other cab in Bethpage instead, Bethpage Taxi and Airport Service. You wont be disappointed

Awful! I ordered a cab at 6am for a 6:30am pick up. 640 and the cab still had not arrived and I called to see what happened. They told me it was on its way. The cab never came and I missed my train. I called back to see what happened and they never picked up my number. Awful awful awful!

DONT use this taxi service nor any other Ollies affiliate, as they are part of an ongoing criminal enterprise. The company is owned and operated by despicable lowlives who belong in prison and will soon be going there.

Service is terrible. We were scheduled to be picked up at 5:30am and didn’t get picked up till 5:50am. So if you have to be at the airport at a certain time do not use this company.
