Rude staff at front desk

Had a freight delivery sent here and the whole transaction was as smooth as possible. All their employees from the phone to in person were very friendly and helpful.

It seems that if your freight pick up was scheduled for On-time Trucking (some areas of Queens Fedex subcontracts it), it is almost impossible to get updates. I spent three days trying to get something picked up. One day they would tell me they are two hours away and never show up, second day my pick up would disappear from the system. So I wasted a lot of time on the phone and waiting on them to pick up. I finally had one person who I would give 5 stars but unfortunately I am rating the whole experience. That was Sharleine (sorry if I spelled it wrong). She finally straighten everything with On-time and got me a pick up and some more information on what was happening.
